Property is getting old but seemed clean. I stayed in May and they hd the boilers off already my room was 15 degrees. They were very nice and Accommodating and moved me to a room with individual heat source. Hot tub was broken at time of stay.

Check in went smooth, hotel and rooms are clean. Beds were extremely comfy. Hall ways and public areas are dated. Hotel restaurant serves an amazing breakfast and serving staff were fantastic.

We had excellent service. Staff were very accommodating and always spoke when we passed. We were unexpectedly upgraded and later found out it was because the water temp. in pool was cold and they knew we wanted to use it. We ended up with a deluxe suite. When they found out it was our 50th anniversary, we received complementary drinks. Only drawback was that the deluxe room was at the far end of building, but that gave us lots of steps each day, so not so bad.

We were disappointed to find upon arrival that there was a long standing labour strike. The pool was uninviting and had a very strong chlorine odour. Room was outdated but great water pressure in shower. Bed was comfortable but the decor was outdated.

Great for the price point.

The staff were excellent. Most of the breakfasts were great, with the exception of our last morning, lacked protein, without having to pay extra. No blue bins in room for recycling.

The staff are great and friendly. I travel to moose jaw about twice a month. Always look forward to heritage inn swimming pool. Easy access from your room to the pool. My family always has a great time. Breakfast is always great and comes with the room. very nice 👍
