So checkout is at12 and at 9am we were woke to loud beating and banging in the room above us. I called front desk to complain and was told there were signs on the door that said they were renovating. Ok that’s fine but why would they rent the room directly below the renovation i am very displeased and also with the concern from the front desk!
This property just conducted a renovation and it’s very nice. I was impressed with the new hard wood floors in the room. I would like to suggest that you have “room darkened curtains.” in each room.

It is under a much needed renovation currently. My room smelled a bit musty. The other romm did not.
The people there are wonderful. I should learn their names, but the woman who takes care of breakfast, the women who checked us in and fixed all the problems expedia caused are quite honestly, some of the best people you'll meet. We try to stay there every time we go down to see our son.
Chairs were noticeably soiled and require cleaning. I killed one roach which gave me even more concern regarding overall cleanliness of the hotel which appeared clean in general. Although I didn't complain until checkout, my last night stay was terrible attributed to noise emanating from the room above that sounded furniture moving and constant hard walking for the majority of the night. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant!!!
Noises from 2nd floor ( people walking ) and hearing a woman in her conversation most of the night while on her phone. Couldn't tell if she was in her room or the hallway. Most annoying!
The service overal was excellent and the staff were very professional & courteous. Enjoyed thebreakfast. One of the best we've ever had.
Would recommend this place highly.

The only problem was a dumpster sitting out front.
