The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very modern, clean and spacious enough. The pool area was very nice, they supplied poil towels and the pool furniture was ample and comfortable. Cleaning staff was great, friendly and flexible. There's a convenient grab and go store by the front desk that was reasonably priced for stuff like beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water, candy bars, chips, microwaveable food aspirin, etc

This is our go-to hotel for a comfortable and economical stay in the South Bay Area. On our latest stay we were particularly appreciating the results of a recent update to the rooms and hallways. The breakfasts are good and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Downtown Morgan Hill is great for dining, and this location is an easy distance from the Monterey Peninsula!

WORST TREATMENT I EVER HAD!!! i HAD A RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA. WE HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE MY SISTER-IN-LAW HAD A SEVERE STROKE AND WAS HOSPITALIZED. I HAD INSURE BUT THEY CHARGED ME PER NIGHT FOR EACH COUPLE. TOTALLY UNREASONABLE. WHY BUY INSURANCE THAT DOESN'T COVER AN EMERGENCY. THE THE COST OF THE TWO ROOMS. WOULDN'T EVEN A PERSON HOSPITALIZED FIGURD INTO THE EQUATION. I LIVE IN TEXAS THEY LIVE IN OREGON. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK A HAMPTON INN AGAIN. I WOULD SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST.
