　ホテルは、盛岡駅から盛岡中心市街地循環バス「でんでんむし」に乗って、４つ目（８分）の中央通一丁目バス停から徒歩２分くらいの便利な立地にあります。（他の路線バスでも行けます。） 　外観を見ると、かなり築年数が経過しているのが分かりますが、室内が綺麗にリノベーションされています。ただ浴室のドアの張り布の剥がれなど、補修しておいた方が良いと思う箇所もありました。 　割と広めの部屋を予約しましたが、EXPEDIAでは、リーズナブルな価格で予約ができました。長椅子と程よい広さの丸テーブルが結構、便利です。ベッドも寝心地が良く、快適に過ごすことができました。浴室・トイレは普通で、バス・シャワーブースは一般的なビジネスホテルよりもやや幅が広い感じです。 　繁華街にも徒歩圏内行ける場所で、非常に利便性が高いです。例えば、盛岡冷麺発祥の「食道園」や多国籍料理の「Neuf du Pape（ヌッフ・デュ・パプ）」、じゃじゃ麺の「あきを 本店」、「香醤 大通店」、「羽琉 シネマ横丁店」がすぐ近く（徒歩１～２分）にあります。コンビニもすぐ近くにローソンがありますので、立地は申し分ありません。 　盛岡に泊まるのは、５～６回目ですが、他のホテルの値段が非常に上がっているところ、このホテルはリーズナブルな値段だし、立地も最高なので、再訪すると思います。
