Three holiday apartments in a country house with a shared pool and a big Mediterranean garden, near Morro d’Alba and the beaches of Senigallia, with a range of trips and leisure activities available.

This country house with a shared pool is surrounded by a 5000m² Mediterranean landscaped garden and is in the Marche region in Italy on a hill above the Adriatic. The property is near the town of Morro d’Alba and it is easy to get to Ancona airport.

The big garden features a pool for shared use. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs after a refreshing dip or look for a shady spot under the old trees and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. There are ten parking spaces on the fenced site with an electronic gate.

The country house has been completely restored and is divided into three fully furnished apartments. They are designed so that they can be booked either individually or as three apartments all together next to each other for a total of 16 people.

The country house is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and beautiful, medieval, fortified towns. It is just a ten-minute drive to the golden yellow, fine sandy beaches of Senigallia, a renowned seaside resort famous for the popular “Summer Jamboree”. Morro d’Alba two minutes away by car is well-known for its award-winning red wine “Lacrima di Morro d’Alba”. The towns of Gubbio, Urbino, Loreto, Ancona and the Republic of San Marino are all within an hour’s drive. The nearest grocery shop is 2km away.

You can go on a range of optional day trips and enjoy various leisure activities, such as wine tasting, a visit to an olive grove with oil pressing, a ceramics course in Gubbio, riding excursions or mountain tours. If you do not feel like being active you can simply spend long days on the beach and enjoy doing sweet nothing. You can have lunch in the local restaurants with regional specialities. Free wireless Internet access is available in the house.

This 80 m² flat is located on the first floor on the right-hand side and is designed for six persons. You enter via a small corridor from which you access the modern bathroom. It is brightly tiled and equipped with a bathtub, shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and bathroom furniture. On the right side, directly opposite the corridor, is a large bedroom with two single beds (83 x 190 cm), which can also be joined to form a double bed. The hallway leads directly to the dining room, which can accommodate up to six persons, and the living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two persons (165 x 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and cooking utensils for six persons. Returning through the living room, on the left you will find the second large bedroom with a double bed (170 x 190 cm). The flat is equipped with air conditioning, the use of which is subject to a charge.
