More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot

We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Quarto mau cuidado , faltou a limpeza do quarto e olha que solicitei duas vezes e não foi limpo. Nao tinha cobertor disponível passei a primeira noite quase congelando porque o ar condicionado era velho com botões danificados e sem controle remoto( ou ligava e congelava ou desligava e morria cozido ) Café da manhã pouca variedade de frutas , faltou cuidado com a manipulação dos alimentos observei que a pessoa até usava luva, contudo a mesma mão da luva manuseava diretamente os alimentos e logo após apalpava os mesmos logo depois pegava o pano de balcão e limpava a mesa sem ao menos trocar a mão que manipulava os alimentos, alternando em limpar a mesa e apalpar diretamente os alimentos

Fui com outros dois casais. Enquanto todo o meu enxoval parecia sequer ter sido lavado (fronhas, lençol, toalhas), meus amigos foram acordados com goteiras na cara. Café da manhã junto às moscas e limitadissimo. Meus amigos tiveram q perder horas de viagem (que poderiam ter sido gastas na praia) tendo que trocar de quarto multiplas vezes. Nao recomendo a ninguem

Ar gelando no 12, funcionários educados e prestativos, chuveiro quentinho , piscina aquecida, ótimo custo benefício. O quarto pode melhorar. A equipe é boa, o café da manhã também. O que deixou a desejar foi não darem cobertor. Foram duas pessoas que dormiram no quarto, e só deram uma coberta minúscula, no segundo dia, depois de muita insistência. No primeiro dia dormimos sem cobertor. Faltou mais aconchego no jogo de cama. De resto, bom hotel.
