It opens onto a cozy living area with access to a large southwest-facing balcony, allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed view and optimal sunshine. You can have your meals there, relax… The integration of old wood into the interior decor adds a touch of authenticity and warmth, creating a truly alpine atmosphere.
For even more comfort, the apartment features a private garage with an electric socket (L = 5.00m, w = 2.30m, h = 1.98m) where you can also store your bikes, as well as a covered parking space equipped with a fast charging station for EVs, ensuring easy and secure parking. There's also a ski locker with shoe dryer.
