In the peace and quiet of the panoramic terraces, you'll soak up the sun from morning to night, thanks to exceptional exposure on Morzine's noblest hillsides.

The south and west-facing terraces will let you recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.



The large living room features a kitchen with central island and all the cooking equipment needed for large families. It is generously equipped for comfortable living.

The living-dining room offers a modular living space articulated around a central table and a large sofa. Three large bay windows offer exceptional views and a bright atmosphere. A second living room with sofa bed and en-suite shower completes the living space. Toilets and a large entrance hall are also present.



Upstairs you'll find 3 south-facing bedrooms (2 with a 140cm bed and one with two 80cm beds). A large bathroom with double sinks, bath and Italian shower forms the main shower room. A second shower and separate toilet are available upstairs.
