Poor service and room not up to standard
Booked a twin room onlybto find it was a double bed with two single mattresses on. Base couldn't be separated so one of us slept on the floor. Only one set of towels so rang reception and they eventually answered. Towels arrived about an hour and a half later! Only solution the manager could offer was for me to pay for another room. Dont book if you are two males wanting a twin.

Very disappointed!
Really disappointed. I usually enjoy staying here but had the following issues this time which means I won’t be returning. Pair of expensive jeans stolen from my room by either house keeping or the next guest after I left. Hotel unable to help. Had to contact the police. Restaurant not operational but no email prior to my stay to inform of this. Bar was freezing cold so uncomfortable to eat in and the menu only consisted of 5 over priced dishes! I ordered steak and they couldn’t make any chips but charged me £42 for it inc a drink which was disappointing. The room air con was also very hard to operate, noisy and didn’t heat the room very well. I won’t be back. My bill for all this was £180 for one night. Terrible!

Great stay
Christmas night stay in Dakota Eurocentral. Beautiful wee chocolate gift left on the bed, room in immaculate condition and received a complimentary upgrade on our room also which was much appreciated.
