You can’t get much closer to the beach than this! This home is located approximately 500 feet (about a 2 minute walk) to one of the most beautiful sand beaches on Lake Winnipesaukee. The Far Echo Harbor Association Beach has a fantastic gradual sandy entry into the water, sunny southern exposure, and long views all the way across the lake to the Belknap Mountains.

Enjoy your days relaxing on the beach, swimming, reading a book or working on your tan. In the evening, after a day filled with fun, this home offers a lovely, covered screen porch to come back to and enjoy a meal together. This home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and two twin beds, and the third bedroom also has a queen and two twin beds. Each bedroom has window A/Cs and there are two portable A/C units in the common living areas.

This property makes a for a great vacation whether you’re visiting in Spring, Summer, Fall – Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee, as well other Lakes Region attractions like hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Birch Hill Country Club or “mini-golf” at Paradise Falls – both in Moultonborough. There’s so much to do nearby!

There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars. All vehicles must be parked fully in the driveway and not on the street. The gas stove in the living room is off-limits.
