The room was large the bed was comfortable but there was some type of banging over head every night. I was situated nest the elevator. Otherwise a very good place to stay and would stay there again

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. The bed was old and we were sinking in the middle. The faucet in the bathroom was not working properly and was difficult to move. The air conditioning was operating, but it was blowing on the bed and uncomfortable. I would stay here again, but only as a last resort.

Pleasant stay

Staff was fantastic and very accommodating. I was a little surprised about the pet friendly hotel. I do suggest giving owners and pets their own floors to use. The barking was horrible but it wake my kids up a few times. I tried to change rooms but the other room had a terrible smell. I decided it was best to stick with the maybe barking night. Rooms were little rundown and needs some upgrades especially at $200+ per night. Overall was a pleasant experience-the staff definitely made the experience better.

Overall, I had a good experience. I’ve stayed at a Residence Inn before but this was my first time at the Bishop’s Gate location. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was good with great options. My room was clean. The pool seemed like it needed to be cleaned and/or treated but other than that, no complaints about this hotel.

Carpet and couch was a bit dirty. The bed was very comfortable. It took a long time for the water to get hot. The internet went out for a few hours my last night there. Everything else was really beautiful. The staff was very nice, even the overwhelmed late night lady who didnt see me standing there and couldn't help me anyway. The first young man & the the young lady who checked me out were super helpful and kind. The food was ok. Basic and dry, lots of options though. The location is perfect! Id choose it every time
