Summary:

This gorgeous 3-Bedroom house is located 1.5 miles to Sullivan's Island which is easily accessible by foot or quick drive. Plus you are just a short drive, approximately ten minutes, to downtown Charleston!



The house is equipped with everything you need for a beach getaway and includes marsh views looking out on to Sullivan's island, private outdoor space and garage parking.

The Space:

Our spacious 4-floor home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half baths. Located just off of Ben Sawyer Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here!



Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, the home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to enjoy a meal or spend time together. Dining table with 4-6 seats and living room with high ceilings. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd-floor (3rd level in the building), with 2 full bathrooms and a full-size washer/dryer. The 3rd-floor (4th level in the building) has a spacious master bedroom featuring a King size bed and daybed with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Each of these bedrooms has its own flat-screen Roku-powered TV with Cable options. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on the 1st-floor (2nd level in the building).



There is a Golf Cart on property available to rent for the duration of your stay at an additional fee! Please inquire with us to learn more.

Guests will be provided a code to a lockbox on property the day of your stay. You may self-check in anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival.



Garage parking for 1 vehicle is available, with additional parking on the street.



Our team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything you may need prior or during you stay! We are always happy to recommend things to do while visiting Charleston!

the kitchen cabinet doors were falling off , we had a major water leak from the third floor shower into the second floor bedroom, called and emailed them at 8am , it was afternoon until they emailed back , never got a plumber there , we were unable to use the master shower for 2 of the 3 days we were there. They lost the keys and tried to blame us - after days of trying to work with them to resolve the issue they offered a pittance refund to us - they don’t answer phone calls or emails definitely look elsewhere. a

New Year’s Getaway

Our family of six had a great four day stay to ring in the new yearat this lovely three-story townhouse. Location was excellent, just a short drive to the beach at Sullivans Island and a 15 minute drive into downtown Charleston. The unit is well equipped and totally comfortable.

Great location, nice home

We enjoyed staying at this property- it was clean and nicely decorated. You have to be ok with stairs, which we are, but otherwise, the layout is good. Kitchen is spacious and plenty of sitting if you're hanging out watching TV. The toughest part about the community is the parking- its a very tight squeeze in the round-about and I couldn't swing wide enough to get into the single car garage. We made it work, so wasn't a big deal. Beds are comfortable (couches may need to be upgraded), plenty of extra blankets. Pretty view of sunrise off the top floor balcony! The location is great because you're not far from Sullivan's and could walk to several eating locations down the street (we love Kid Cashew). We took our dog across the street to walk a little nature trail along the marsh and then into a very nice neighborhood just beyond. I do wish we'd had access to local channels on the TV (lots of football on while we were there), so maybe a cheap antenna (attached to back of the TV)? We liked this place, would recommend it!

Clean, modern apartment convenient to MP village and the east islands

The condo is part of an infill project on Ben Sawyer Blvd. Very small footprint and lots of square footage -- which means it is vertical. Not suitable for people who have difficulty stairs - a lot of them. Ideal for group of 4-6. The management group and housekeeping manager reached out several times during the weekend, giving confidence that the few cleaning deficits and maintenance items will be dealt with. Beds are comfortable and quiet. Balconies are inviting, too bad it was in the 40s and windy during our stay. Parking can be very tight, so it is best to come in 1-2 cars and utiize the one garage space. This property would be a top choice for a return visit. Kudos to the managers for availability and responsiveness. .

We had one hiccup where the property was not secured, but it was handled promptly by the staff. The house is cozy and beautiful! Try going to the 3rd floor balcony and watching the sun rise. My family and I had ample room to entertain each other. I highly recommend. The parking is a bit tight, but we ordered car service and Uber every where. Groceries are just a 4 minute walk and the golf card helps as well.

Property location is GREAT! We spend a lot of time on Sullivan’s and in Mt Pleasant on our visits, this is a great location for us. Unit was clean and spacious, king mattress comfortable. We had large red ants on the two upper floors and noticed bait/poison traps on all levels. Parking is absolutely horrible and apparently NO ONE picks up after their dogs! Dog poop everywhere, be warned and on alert. Despite the downsides, we enjoyed the unit and our stay.
