The elevator was broken and they tried to put us on the highest floor without any discount. It was scheduled maintenance and they did not inform any of the guests.

Stay was nice, staff was very friendly and welcoming to the property, and the room was clean. The only two minor dings I would is 1) reconfirm your guest days that they are staying with you. My keycard to get in and out get shutting off because my check out time and day was wrong. Not a huge inconvenience but inconvenient enough when you can’t get through the door or your room. 2) pay closer attention when cleaning the bathroom, when I got out of the shower I could see these oily yellow spots on the wall, I was able to wipe them away with some paper towels but that cleaning needs to be addressed asap. Overall though the room was clean and the stay was enjoyable. I would stay again

This is one of the nicest Baymont Hotels We have stayed at. The front desk help was polite, professional. The breakfast was good, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again...

Great place to stay the hotel was so clean smelled fresh. We were at a show at the soaring eagle and the hotel is right down the road. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good location, good price, easy check in and out. We had a spacious room with a ceiling fan, that was a nice bonus. We’ve stayed here before and will in the future. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy. Convenient location to the casino, they used to have a shuttle but do not any longer
