Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the desirable Mount Pleasant area of South Carolina! Our family and pet-friendly rental is the perfect place for your next vacation.

The master bedroom boasts a private bath for your convenience and privacy, as well as a smart TV. With two additional bedrooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. Our home is also pet-friendly, so you won't have to leave your furry friend behind.

But the real gem of this property is the backyard oasis. Imagine relaxing on the deck with a cold drink and watching your favorite show on the outdoor TV. Or, perhaps you'd like to unwind to the soothing sound of the water fountain. The backyard is fully fenced in, providing a safe space for children and pets to play.

The driveway has plenty of parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you are planning to explore the Charleston region, you will likely want to have your own vehicle, but we are also an affordable Uber or Lyft to many restaurants and bars nearby.

Please note that this is a smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter weekend visiting our oldest son in the area. Originally we chose this house because we thought we were going to have our dog with us and it turned out we didn’t, but it still worked out well for our family. It’s conveniently located so we weren’t far from the beach and not terribly far from downtown either. Mike is exceptionally responsive. We had a little issue with the wifi, but he resolved it for us quickly and did all he could to help us, making our stay very stress free. We also lucked out with gorgeous weather! It was a good choice for us, thanks again Mike!

Well maintained. Enjoyed time outside by the propane fire pit with family. Nice fenced yard area with a relaxing hammock perfect for time with your dog. Excellent location, a short drive to downtown and local attractions. Highly recommend visiting James Island National Park for the lights festival and the aquarium aglow during December. Host was pleasant and accommodated our late arrival. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Everything was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice proximity to beach; maybe a 7-10 minute drive. Every kind of store you could need is close by too! Back yard was perfect for our dog; tall privacy fence made it even better. Recliner couch is awesome. House felt and smelled clean when we walked in. Master bed is very comfortable. Thank you for the tip to bring furniture covers. We brought along our couch cover to use to protect the couch. Perfect. Having the washer and dryer to use was great! Check in and out was simple. Home owner is super responsive. The only thing this home needs is a blender. :-)

Relaxing July 4th Getaway

This home was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I stayed with two family members and our two dogs and it was the perfect place to accommodate us. The rental was super clean, comfortable, and within a close distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and downtown Charleston. The communication with Mike was great and he was overall a great host. This is our 3rd time visiting and we will certainly be back! Highly recommend

Sharing Charleston with German friends

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The dog friendly property has a great fenced-in back yard and a nice patio. The location was near downtown Charleston, the beaches, restaurants and other locations.

Cute house. Close to everything.

Great little house. Full kitchen stocked with pots/pans/dishes/glasses. Both coffee drip and keurig. Nice back deck and gas grill. Master room is spacious. The other two rooms were good size and plenty of closet space. Host is super nice and responsive.

The description of home, location and neighborhood was an understatement. Everything we needed & wanted during our month long stay was provided, a lovely welcome note, extra essentials, an extra propane tank for the grill and even treats for our dog! Our host, Mike, was the reason for such a smooth stay. Every question was answered immediately and any issue was resolved within the hour! We truly felt like a welcomed guest in his home

This was a great rental experience- good communication with property manager, and everything was just as advertised- very cute family friendly neighborhood, fenced outdoor space and nice little extras throughout the home.
