Over the past few months, we’ve completed major upgrades throughout the home, including all new flooring, fresh paint, updated trim, and a renovated second bathroom featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. Great home for couples, families, golf getaways, girls trips, baseball visiting family!


This home is ideal for all-adult groups, families, friends — or traveling professionals. But it is also a perfect fit for those who appreciate space, comfort, and functionality if you are on a remote work assignment with its separate family/office area.


Inside the Coastal Cottage
The one-level layout is bright, functional, and full of relaxed coastal style. A separate family room offers extra space for remote work, movie nights, or setting up the optional bonus sleeping area. High-speed Wi-Fi and streaming-ready Smart TVs are included for your convenience.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook—or just reheat your favorites from the many nearby restaurants.

This home features a fully fenced, two-sided backyard designed for both people and pups.

Very nice and comfortable property with a lot of space to spread out in. Very well-stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor area. Very convenient to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island for those who are traveling to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of most memorable stays ever with a house rental. Cindy is one exceptional host! Five stars is not enough for her and her home. From communication prior to arriving until after we left, everything was outstanding. Cindy is kind, gracious and so very helpful with everything we asked from her. She assisted with our dog care and concerns. She assisted with catering needs. She assisted with questions about the provisions within the home. There wasn’t anything she wasn’t able and willing to assist us with. The home is exquisite, charming, coastal style with decor all throughout that truly is beautiful and welcoming. All the provisions from laundry to kitchen and throughout the bathrooms are as if you are in your own house. We had everything we needed. The entry is lovely, the fenced back yard is beautiful and large. Our dog was very happy and comfortable roaming the area and the new sniffs. The neighborhood is so sweet and quiet. The next door neighbors are very kind and a true gem. There are 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The sheets and pillows are soft and cozy. Plenty of blankets provided as well. The front converted garage is like a studio apartment all by itself. That was a surprise for us. Didn’t catch that on the initial rental information provided by VRBO. Parking was sufficient for our large truck and my sisters SUV. This house is located within a few miles of outstanding restaurants and shopping centers. Highly recommend Cindy’s home!

Between my family and the team I coach, I book 6-10 stays a year. Rarely does the house live up to the pictures. This house surpassed all expectations! It was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities for a week long stay. My wife and I took our 3 teenage girls and they absolutely loved the house. Starting with the sweet “goody bucket” this house had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cook ware. And one more thing, Cindy was a wonderful host! She communicated quickly and gave me ideas for the local area. Five minute drive to the beach and close to shopping for the girls.

Close to beach and shopping, easy access to highways

My family was in town for my daughter's wedding and this was a great location to drive to the beach, the venue and my families homes in the area. All the stores that you need are a very short driving distance. The house has everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the host Cindy, was very responsive to questions. This one is definitely staying on my list to revisit when we come back to visit family next!

What a lovely cottage! We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the owner. We had easy access to the beach, shopping, tourist locations, and restaurants. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best by far.

Perfect house

The house was amazing especially the shower. The location was perfect with everything you needed was close by. All of the furnishings were new and super clean.The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and safe. Our host Cindy was super and very responsive. If you want a perfect place to stay this is the place. Overall the best thing about our stay was our host Cindy. She made us feel welcome and treated us as her friend. I will stay here every time I am in the Charleston area.

Loved our stay! I had a family member visit from out of town, so I booked this home. Very cute, super clean, loved the fenced in yard and the property manager was so accommodating for my dogs! Home away from home

The house and backyard was perfect for my family of four plus my two large fur babies. The home was super clean . The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance and plate setting you may need . Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is a beautiful shady place for you and your pets . Cindy makes sure you feel comfortable in the house . She has supplied a lot of bath towels , bedding , beach towels , chairs , and a little bit of this and that in case you forget your toiletries .

Nice, quiet retreat

We were in from out of state to attend a Med School graduation weekend with other family members. We were able to stay with our two small dogs who really enjoyed the neighborhood and well fenced in back yard/patio area. Since we had events to go to, we didn't cook much there, but there was everything you would need and nearby grocery stores.

Great house and location

We were attending a wedding in Mount Pleasant but also wanted to do sightseeing on Isle of Palms and Charleston. This property was perfectly located! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The back patio is very Private with lots of plants and foliage. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location/Lovely home!

Communication with Cindy was a breeze, she was very helpful with our questions about the area, since we had never been there previously. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was well appointed. Though we mostly sampled the grand variety of restaurants in the area. The washer/dryer and iron were helpful, plus much more! This is a great location for going to beaches, so close, that we were able to catch a couple of sunrises on the beach and the beaches are gorgeous! It is close to downtown Charleston, and many historic sites. We felt very comfortable and it was great for our furry pal too! (We appreciated the vacuum cleaner so we could do a little tidy up before we left.) We loved our stay! Thanks a million for offering this lovely vacation home! There is so much to take in, we couldn't do it all, and would love to come back!
