Upstairs, you’ll find three serene bedrooms with a relaxed seaside feel, each with a Roku-enabled TV and a comfortable king or queen bed for restful nights.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire two-story home and two convenient parking spaces located directly in front of the townhome, with additional free neighborhood parking available. The location puts you just minutes from Shem Creek, downtown Charleston, and area beaches, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a calm place to return to!

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, unless otherwise approved in advance. Our team will be on-site between those times to prepare the home, thank you for your understanding.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
