Wonderful for two families

The house had a great layout with a big dining room table, lots of seating, and two separate living areas so the kids could be separated if needed. We had plenty of the basics left for us (detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). The location was peaceful and near everything we could need; it was a quick ride downtown. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Paula was born to host! The house is great and perfectly suited for a stay of any length!! Pet friendly, kid safe, family friendly and so well stocked! I really can’t say enough about how perfect the place is, the the location is great if you like the beach, the city or the local attractions and plantations. Great spot for a fun family trip!

Property was great to enjoy lovely fall weather in Mount Pleasant. We did several trips to Charleston, which was only 15 mins away. House was close to the airport, outlets, a few nice malls, and a ton of grocery stores and restaurants! We had a great time in the backyard, playing ping pong and using the firepit. Owner was extra attentive to our needs and the house was probably the most stocked house with towels and kitchen necessities. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful home with outdoor space

Ours was a sister’s trip, it was extra nice that we each had our own bedroom. The house is updated and all the rooms in the house were a nice size. It was perfect for our stay! There are 3 seating areas outdoors that we enjoyed in the evenings. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Charleston. The host was very communicative and helpful, probably the best I’ve dealt with. She lives nearby which was nice to know she was available quickly if we had any issues, which we didn’t. There are a couple rooms where you have one step down to enter. Not a big deal but at night we had to be aware since we’re older. We loved our stay, would definitely stay here again! Charleston.

Stayed 3 nights at Simply Sunny Fun and didn't want to leave! Exactly as described and even better than pictured! Beautiful neighborhood we felt safe and enjoyed walking our dog! Perfect location; so close to many beaches and attractions! We felt right at home with all the amenities provided; fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linens and towels. My kids loved the backyard & played ping pong whenever we were "home"! Thank you so much, Paula, if we find ourselves back in Charleston area we would love for you to host my family again!

Cozy Christmas Getaway!

Our family traveled to Charleston to spend Christmas with extended family. Our stay here was perfect. We had private space when we needed it but also the flexibility to spend time with lots of family. The fireplace made the space so Christmas-y and the house was so very clean and well kept. Paula was communicative through the whole process and stay. Highly recommend!

Book It You Won’t Be Disappointed

Large, clean, well appointed house located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Host is excellent to interact with and super responsive. Location is ideal with lots of dining options nearby and close proximity to downtown and the beach. House is larger feeling inside than the pictures depict. Nothing bad to pass on about this one.

Perfect house for family getaway

Wonderful!

My husband & I have rented a number of homes through VRBO & this has to be one of the best homes we’ve rented. The house was wonderful & the host thought of everything one may need—- even toys for our dogs!! The house was spacious, clean & located in a very nice neighborhood.
