When we got into our room, we placed some things in the fridge and they spoiled over night because the fridge didn’t work correctly, and the plumbing was not right, as the tub/shower took almost 45 minutes to drain, and the toilet would not flush. I told the front desk, and she handed me a plunger that I had to take (in front of other guests to my room, and then plunge the toilet myself and even then it still didn’t flush right so we had to keep coming down from the 3rd floor to use the lobby bathroom, which is hard to do at 3 am and you have two small kids in your room with you

We stayed in room 103 for the night before my oral surgery, it was so clean & felt so fresh! My only complaint is the air conditioner was loud when it turned on but that was no problem to me! Would stay here again if I had the chance

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were helpful! The very pleasant woman who checked us in around 8:30/9 pm was particularly helpful for suggesting a luggage trolley to us, getting into the fitness room, etc. She said she was a new employee; my husband and I thought she was top-notch. I wish I had gotten her name. We liked the other staff a lot, too. The door to the fitness room needs fixing as it is very hard to open it from the outside and get into the fitness room. For breakfast, it would be good to put out more waffle mix, as when I got there 30 min before breakfast ended the waffle mix was already gone. I asked about it and was just told that it was out. Others came to breakfast later than I did and maybe if there had been more available all of us could have enjoyed waffles.

We had no complaints about our stay. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast could be better, but like I said, no complaints. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
