We had problems. The heater didn’t work. There was about a 1/4 gap between the door and the door jam. You could see inside our room from the hallway. The window blinds can’t keep out the lights from the front entrance area. The staff were polite and we just used extra blankets. Maybe we just had the bad room? This hotel over all is to be as expected and your expectations should align with it. It is a budget hotel and I know what to expect but we just had some bad luck here. The location is great if you want to walk to the music venue.

The only negative is the property is very outdated but that wasn’t much of a concern. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and parking was easy. 5 minute walk to Renfro Concert Center.

Property could use an update. Heating in the room was not working correctly. Went down for breakfast and didn’t have any coffee made and no bagels and very low on lots of others. Stop by front desk and she was sitting there doing nothing. She stated she would get coffee as soon as she had time.

Great hotel

Booked the room while travelling. We. Are making mileage and unsure of our stop for the night. I use other travellers ratings when choosing hotels once we stop. The Baymont front desk was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our check-in was fast and easy. The hotel is large and clean. Our room was large, clean, and the beds had full zipped mattress covers. I would definitely stay there again.

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. The only drawback was the TV sound wouldn’t go down. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!
