Condo overlooks courtyard with pickleball courts, jungle gym, fire pit, pergola, fireplace, gas grills.

Luxurious hotel pillow top mattresses similar to Euro feather beds.

Comfortably sleeps 7 people:
Master en suite bathroom with a King - upstairs
Master en suite with a Queen bed & Trundle - upstairs
Queen bedroom with adjacent full bathroom - downstairs

We've thought of everything...luxurious new hotel mattresses on each bed, blackout shades in each bedroom. Bathrooms stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos & hairdryers.

You'll have everything you will ever need to cook and bake for your group. There's a gourmet kitchen with island & brand new appliances: stove with griddle, oven, microwave, ice maker and water dispenser, coffee maker, crock pot, mixer, Nutribullet, rolling pin, string pieces, trays, pizza roller, knives, bowls –– every kitchen gadget you'll ever need plus spices. You'll find a brand new set of pots, silverware, dishes and glasses. We provide enough coffee to get you started.

Relax in the open concept great room with leather couch, chairs, and enough seating for everyone for your movie night on a 68" TV ready with Roku TV. And the whole condo has fast WIFI available through a fiber optic cable.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are two master en suites, and a third has an adjacent bathroom. You'll find ample shampoo, soap, hair dryers, tissues, toilet paper, stain sticks, bath and pool towels.

A washer and dryer is available with enough laundry detergent, oxo clean and stain sticks to get you started.

There’s plenty of room for your car, skis, paddleboards, bikes, snowshoeing gear in the garage, plus ample height for SUV's Tesla Truck, and most pick-up trucks.

Hiking and mountain biking trails across the street. Less than 15 minutes to SnowBasin, and under 30 minutes to Powder Mountain, Nordic & Wolf Creek Ski areas. Jump on I-84 straight to Park City to explore and ski in less than one hour. Within walking distance to the bus stop to SnowBasin, Powder Mountain, Ogden & Salt Lake City. Also close by is the grocery, hardware and bank

Wasatch Peaks Ranch (private) - 15 minutes

Powder Mountain - 38 minutes - The largest ski area in the US with over 8,000 acres of skiable terrain. Get your lift tickets early, because Powder caps its skiers per day.

Nordic Valley – 29 minutes – Small, family place to ski. Good for beginners, and inexpensive.

Pineview Reservoir - 21 minutes - waterski, boat, sail, swim, paddleboard.

Park City - 58 minutes - skiing, shopping, dining, hiking, etc.

Hill Aerospace Museum - 15 minutes - Great for aerospace enthusiasts.

This was a great property for our family ski trip to Snowbasin. Well located, spacious and clean unit. It had everything we needed including spacious garage which was great for loading/unloading ski gear. Hot tub and pool were great features, fun for kids. We would stay again!

This was the PERFECT spot!!!

Joan's place was outstanding!!! The home was clean and inviting. It was close to the pickle ball courts, pool, hot tubes,and grills. My family enjoyed all the amenities and slept comfortably in the cozy beds. The heart of the home was beautifully laid out and decorated. We made many memories while cooking and gathering around the table and large island. The best part was the spice drawer that held a multitude of choices for our "love our seasonings" family. Joan was extremely attentive and communitive throughout our stay. She was always quick to respond and offered helpful suggestions. We loved our stay and will definitely look forward to returning next summer.

Skiing in Snowbasin

Modern, clean and extremely well set up apartment with modern appliances and all the necessary kitchen stuff. 8 minute drive to ski resort and 2 minute to large and new grocery store. Few restaurants in area but easy drive to Ogden. Owner very responsive. Easy entry via private garage and back door to hot tub. Just what my family wants in an VRBO rental

Fantastic!!

The condo was GORGEOUS! Our host thought of everything! We were texted entry instructions before we arrived, and check-in and check-out was easy. We signed a basic online VRBO agreement for our stay, but we did not write a deposit check, everything was directly through VRBO. The property was spotless and the living room was comfortable and there was seating for everyone in our group, between the living room, round dining table, and the kitchen island. The kitchen was also stocked with every appliance you’d need. We liked the decor, it had a modern flair with a slight, mountainy look to it. Before we booked, the host responded quickly to my inquiry about bedding. They had brand-new mattresses and heavy enough blinds that allowed us to sleep in, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. Our requests for extra beds were set up when we arrived. They set up two cots — one in the upstairs queen bedroom and one in the living room. Each cot was very comfortable with an extra-thick mattress and layer of memory foam on top. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, including the extra cot in the living room. They have a queen bedroom on the first floor and queen and king bedrooms on the third floor – each with their own attached bathrooms. While we were there the host checked in twice to make sure everything was okay. The only thing was that the cots weren’t quite as long as we thought, slightly smaller than a twin bed, but we made it work. We’ll definitely be back!

Dream Rental!

Our vacation was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail to make our stay very comfortable, relaxing and easy was just amazing! The house is professionally decorated, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The beds are so comfortable too! The house is located very close to Snowbasin and was an easy drive from SLC airport. Joan and Greg are such gracious hosts and responded quickly to our questions. We would highly recommend their place!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in this area several times before, but this is the best rental property we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and thoughtfully arranged and decorated. We didn’t miss anything! The owner was so responsive to any questions even though our stay was issue free. We skied snowbasin from this unit and it was a very easy drive up to the mtn each day. Would definitely return.

Easy access to Snowbasin

We stayed for 2 nights and skied Snowbasin and found this to be an excellent location for accessing Snowbasin. Large garage has plenty of space to store skies and snowboards. Living space is immaculate. We did not cook but the kitchen is large and well stocked. The only "surprise" was the owners require an additional rental agreement and security deposit that is not described in the listing. The owners were very responsive via text and email and seemed very nice. If we ever go back to Snowbasin I would definitely stay here again.

Hosts communicate well and are very thoughtful. They've really covered all the bases for what guests need. Comfy beds and furnishings. Location is convenient to Snowbasin and an easy drive from SLC area. Highly recommend.
