I came up for business on an overnight trip. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The lobby was tastefully decorated, The desk clerk was pleasant and efficient The elevator was large Our room was very clean The beds were comfortable The shower was adequate Although breakfast was at 6 and we had to leave at 5:45, the tried to accomodate us by getting some bagels out for us. I would easily choose this hotel if I come back to Mountain Home.

This is the 3rd time for us to stay at this hotel. Each time our room is immaculate. The hotel is fairly new and is well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There are cookies at check-in and the breakfast is ready promptly and supplies the standard fare. Twice we’ve been in rooms on the first floor facing the parking lot. This time our room was on the second floor facing the interstate. There is some noise audible from the interstate so I’d recommend asking for a room facing the parking lot.

The hotel is in an area near many restaurants and shops. It’s quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was that we couldn’t stream anything for the kids. It’s not the most important thing, but it’s something when you’re used to it. Just gave us an excuse to discover the shopping near by. The staff is very helpful and do seem to take pride in their hotel

We were in town for a family wedding. The location was easy to find and close to restaurants and the highway. The staff was efficient and courteous. Beds were comfortable. Would only suggest adding another chair to the room. There was only one. But a minor inconvenience.
