At the heart of the regional park of Morvan, 2 hours from PARIS or lyon, nice comfortable home while on a 11-hectare property with several lakes (5 hectares of water), fishing on private property is free and open everyone without fishing licenses, boats are available (included in the rent; fish in carp ponds, perch, pike, black bass, roach, trout. Very quiet place in the countryside 2 km from the lake Settons.
Dog, cat animals are accepted. Supplement from the 2nd animal of 2 € per day.

Joli cadre gîte nécessitant rafraîchissement

Le cadre est agréable : jardin étangs... Le gîte est bien proportionné. Néanmoins nécessite une remise en état : sols carrelage cassés Murs fissures. Propreté très limite... Manque d'entretien de manière générale. Matériel cassé : grille pain, lunette WC... Dommage car beau potentiel.

Séjour au top dans une maison parfaitement équipée et à l'environnement fantastique. Le jardin et les étangs sont superbes. L'accueil des propriétaires est de plus très sympathique.

Fantastisch huis en fenomenale omgeving.

We hebben met ons gezin, 6 volwassenen 1 baby en 1 grote hond, een week kunnen genieten van rust, vogels, water, en een huis waar alle spullen zijn om je verblijf heel prettig te laten zijn. De bedden waren niet super maar wel te doen voor een week. Het haard vuur hebben we veel vuldig gestookt. De omgeving hebben we als sprookjes achting ervaren. We hebben een aantal keer geroeid over de vijver, zeer leuk. Boodschappen en winkels liggen minstens 30 minuten auto rijden maar das beslist geen straf in dit natuur park. Let op dat u Frans spreekt. De verhuurster doet alles enkel via telefoon gesprekken. Verder is er geen communicatie mogelijk geweest ondanks meerdere pogingen. Met een vertaal app toch op het moment van aankomst en vertrek kunnen communiceren. Dit hebben wij als heel onprettig ervaren doch heeft dit geen effect gehad op ons verblijf. Ook de afhandeling op de vertrek dag verliep goed. Spreekt u Frans? Twijfel niet en ga zeker genieten van dit prachtige huis in de mooie natuur van de Morvan.
