disappointing. on arrival asked for extra night - told by reception to go online and book (!). did that, came back and asked them to ensure we stayed the extra night in same room....next day found our entry card didn't work - went to reception and discovered no extension had been actioned. No apology either. made me check out then check back in again...Inconvenient and not a good reflection on staff as a whole, given porters etc/ all other staff were excellent. Expected better

Great hotel choice - lovely beach and a good breakfast menu (buffet and omelette station). Comfortable beds and sitting chairs. All rooms face the ocean front :)

This resort is beautiful, the common areas, beach and pool are beautiful and tropical themed. We do wish there was more options of things to do that could have been achieved with very little investment. For example snorkelling gear/kayak or paddle board that could be rented onsite and some free activities even 1 daily for example morning yoga, water arobics. It is a great place to stay but hopefully someone from the hotel sees this and considers for future stayers to enhance the experience further like what they have at the Sheraton tokiriki in Fiji has.

Hotel very poor standards and service you would expect for price and a Sheraton Expensive and very average food and beverage for Samoa and although staff very friendly they don’t provide a great service, lack attentiveness and training. Especially around pool almost non existent. We would not return to Sheraton and overall would not be in hurry return to Samoa we are closer to Bali and much better value service and standards.

Wouldn't go again

Wouldn't go again. We arrived at around 2 20. Room wasn't ready til 3 supposedly. They have loads rooms and it seemed very quiet so I'm sure there was a room ready somewhere! Then we were put in a room in the 600 building which is miles away from restaurant/ pool etc. Wee had to talk to reception about a number of things.. they were fixed quickly. But still annoying! Food was below average and over priced. (Don't order the nachos) cocktails were average also. No nice ones and what they did have were 45 tala. The beach there was sludgy underfoot. The bed was comfy and the wifi good. That was about all that was good in our three night stay.
