Welcome to De Veer Pond - your own personal resort. We have everything you need and more: Fully equipped kitchen with island, dining table for 8-10, plenty of closet space, main floor laundry, wood burning fire place plus a huge, waterfront fire pit for evening marshmallow roasting. Kids will love the playmat on the pond, enclosed trampoline, volleyball/badminton or fishing for large-mouth bass right off the dock. For rainy days there is a large selection of board games including a vintage chess set, a games table and 2 TVs with DVD players and a selection of movies. And winter lovers rejoice. The property is just minutes from Mansfield Ski Club, 25 minutes to Blue Mountain or Hockley Valley, and surrounded by some of the most stunning trails in the province.

Guest access
The entire property is yours to explore. Guests should consider the walking trail and creeks as the perimeter / property line to avoid venturing into the neighbour’s land.
Other things to note
WATER SAFETY
The estate includes open water including two small creeks and the pond. Children should not enter the water alone and should be supervised outdoors. Guests swim and use outdoor equipment at their own risk.

BASIC SUPPLIES
We aim to provide guests with enough basic supplies to comfortably kick off their stay but supplies are not replenished. Here's what to expect:

Kitchen:
- A new roll of paper towel
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher powder/pods

Bathrooms:
- 3 rolls of toilet paper
- Hand soap
- Body wash / soap
- We've found that most guests prefer to bring their own shampoo/conditioner but you will find a basket of travel size toiletries in the main bath just in case you forget something :)
