Clean Rooms thoroughly - Headboards smell of Sweat

I had to change rooms, as the Headboard on my Bed stank of stale sweat. The new Room was nice - but the first was disgusting - and I couldn't work out where the smell was coming from for the first night. The Hotel then charged me $1300 on my Credit Card, rather than blocking the amount.

The hotel is always great, rooms are comfortable, bed is soft and welcoming, shower is hot and strong, and the food in this hotel is simply amazing. The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

I had to change rooms twice as I found the 12th floor having a strong smell of smoke and mould from the non smoking floors upstairs. The 12th floor appeared dated and in need of some work. The age was showing. I was moved to the 11th floor the next day which was at a much higher level.
