This place is in a great location. Overall I gave it a 4 star review. The main reason was that the place was not cleaned very well upon arrival, has a musky smell like it’s all way old. There is definitely some updating needed. Other then that we all had a great time and enjoyed your place I love the little fire pit in the back yard. I wish there was some nice sitting area in the front but there wasn’t much. This place has a lot of bedding for a lot of people which makes it nice. We would come back up and stay again.

NYE 2022

The property was beautiful and very spacious for our family. It had everything we needed to enjoy our family time together. There was a lot of snow for us to build a snowman and have snowballs fight. It was the perfect way to end 2021. John was very helpful and prompt at getting back to us whenever we had a question for him. I would definitely stay at this place again. Great Week!

My siblings, their spouses and I gathered together at this home from all over the US. My sister's son and my son were with us too. Prior to our arrival I had several questions which John answered promptly. There was a lot of space for parking 2 vans and 2 SUVs. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe throughout our stay. The check-in process was very efficient -- great idea to have a code to open the door!! My sister and her husband were very comfortable in the unit above the garage. However, the TV there didn't work. The rest of us were in the main house. It was wonderful to have the wood-burning stoves in the very spacious living room. The beds were very comfortable, the whole house was clean, and we just had a really great time!!! Thank you, John.

I would like to thank the host that they open this nice cozy cabin, our friends & family had a good time for our white snowy days enjoying a hot coco and hot coffee in front of the indoor fire place and playing a group family game, going out to our snow activities. if you are classy, high expectant who is not use to a cozy cabin this is not the right place for you, for a snowy winter times i recommend you to bring chains if you dont have 4x4 car so you have a good grip from the snowy/icy parking driveway and it is slightly inclined. Overall stay everybody had a goodtime with no complaints

Comfortable and Cozy!

Had a wonderful stay at the property!!! Very nice area!! Our party loved the space in the living room!! Some of us forgot towels; definitely glad there was clean towels on each bed! I contacted the owner as soon as we arrived to get in and he answered right away (amazing!). Communicated with me right away. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for having us stay in your lovely home away from home!! It was very cozy and just a short drive from Flagstaff!! We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

The Pots & pans are old, scraped and dirty. Some utensils were dirty with dried food on them.

The entrance door was difficult to open & close. The TV signal did not work the whole time we were there. Contact with owner for assistance was not helpful. There were stains on the bedding, only one set of towels for each bed( 4 day stay), and no extra blankets. There is no back up generator for possible power outage which did happen on Friday. The utensils had dried food on them, the pots and pans are old and scraped up. The oven was dirty as well. The fridge had old , used bottles of condiments inside. Overall the stay was miserable, the owner was slow to respond(15-30 minutes) to my texts concerning the issues we incurred. I would not recommend this cabin.

Perfect for Group Retreat

If you have a large group that will spending a good amount of time on-site, then this is property you need to rent. The living room was huge, the extra bedroom (apartment) space about the garage was so helpful, and the large patio in the back was perfect for our large group. We were on a retreat and spent a large portion of our time at the property, and it was ideal for us!

Great location

The property is exactly as advertised and accommodated our large group of young men. It is a great location for all activities in and around flagstaff. The property was clean and the property manager made sure everything was communicated effectively. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again.

Plenty of Room!

This home had lots of space and was perfect for our large group!Great outdoor area for cooking and set up was perfect to feed 18 people our doors. We brought 15 boys up for a 7 on 7 at NAU. This property was affordable and was the prefect setting to create lasting memories for our boys! Thank you! We could not have possible had a better experience!

Run down party house

Very disappointed, while it was the perfect size for my group it was dirty and broken down. Trash cans in the house were full, very few towels, no toilet paper etc. The stairs and railing to the room over the garage unstable and broken But at least it was a roof over our heads .

Great place to stay!

We had a great time, plenty of room. Kitchen was a little small but that's only because we had to many cooks...lol Owner was quick to respond to my questions. Nice and quiet and the play ground down the road was great for the little ones. We took day trips to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Perfect for a large group of people.

We had a large group and this property was able to accommodate. It’s not modern but it’s comfy and has everything we needed. There is a block fire pit out back and they have a dozen or so outdoor chairs you can put around the fire. We had fun burning wood in the old cast iron fireplace and playing poker with friends on the dinning room table. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and quiet, with a nearby park. The kids had fun on their bikes and had fun in the mud by a pond. Canadian Geese were always in the fields as we drove by going to different destinations everyday like Bearizona and Montezuma’s Well. The Shell station has lots of wood, ice and other necessities and the Chevron has DVD’s you can rent if you want to watch TV. Don’t expect fancy, but practical and roomy and it won’t disappoint.

Great for large groups. We loved it!!

Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. Huge family room where we hanged out to play board games or watch TV/movies. Nice backyard with patio and firepit.
