Cozy, spacious attic studio, only 24 KM from Munich center

You can expect a 75sqm large, modern and cozy attic studio, where up to 5 people can comfortably stay and spend the night.
The studio is located in the attic of a former country inn and is located directly on the idyllic village pond. The historic village is centrally located between the A8 and the A95. Munich center can be reached by car or public transport in half an hour.
The studio is equipped with real wood parquet and has a double bed (180cmx200cm), a large single bed (120cmx200cm) and a double sofa bed. Kitchen, living / dining and sleeping areas are in an open, spacious and airy ambience.
The modern spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Bicycles can in the hotel's own bicycle cellar (incl. Workshop) safely be placed.
We live in the same house and ensure that for the arrival and departure someone is there for you personally. As a rule, anyone else is available as a contact person at all other times.
You are welcome to chill in our garden.
Swimming in the Waldsee or Lake Starnberg, hiking in the Tölzer mountains, skiing and tobogganing, or visit the Munich attractions; all this and much more can be found in the immediate vicinity, on foot, by bike, by car or by public transport.

Was a perfect stay. We were nervous of how far out from the city is was but there's a bus stop literally outside the door. We also had our own car and parking was easy. There's a small convience store as well for quick morning trips. Host commuticated great. Had no issues finding the place and checking in.

Ralf and Silvia have the most charming home in a quaint neighborhood offering my family a much needed escape from the busiest parts of Europe as we wound down our trip. An easy commute to Munich and Oktoberfest, this rental really has something for everyone

Die FeWo ist schon etwas besonderes, und gerĂ€umig und großzĂŒgig. Sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Alles Nötige vorhanden, bequeme Couch. CheckIn problemlos. Netter Kontakt, wenn auch nur telefonisch. Auch unser kleines Missgeschick mit dem SchlĂŒssel wurde schnell und freundlich gelöst. Mit dem PKW zum Park&ride Deisenhofen und dann mit der Bahn nach MĂŒnchen klappt prima. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Cute and cozy. Great communication. Beautiful little town that we enjoyed exploring. Ralf has a binder with loads of great info. Very thorough. The temps outside were amazing so we had windows open and it was lovely. If you are going to use the stovetop, it’s dated but with patience will work. We bumped our heads more than a few times but we knew that would happen. We saw the pics and still booked. Overall good stay.

The apartment was very nice. Really appreciated that it had a washer but because of the rainy weather it took a long time for our clothes to dry. The butcher shop next door is a must visit! Host responded very quickly to all of our questions and was very kind. The reason I'm not granting it five stars is because the parking location was unclear and we got yelled at for parking across the street at the fire station. Also, the front yard was not very orderly...looked unwelcoming. Be mindful there are plenty of stairs to haul your luggage up. Overall nice place to stay.

Nette Unterkunft, unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit Abstrichen

Die Abwicklung war super! Leider war z.B. der Boden relativ verschmutzt als wir ankamen. Die Wohnung an sich ist ein sehr offenes Studio, das sollte jedem bewusst sein. Wir wĂŒrden bei Bedarf wieder buchen, die Einrichtung ist eher in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch auch sehr gemĂŒtlich. Ca. 25min von der Messe entfernt

Seltsamer Umgang mit PrivatsphÀre

Nach Angaben des Vermieters, welcher sich bei unserer Anreise noch im Urlaub befand, hĂ€tten sein Sohn/seine Kinder die Wohnung vorbereitet. Wir haben eine unzureichend gereinigte Wohnung vorgefunden und um Putzmittel gebeten, um selbst Reinigungsarbeiten durchzufĂŒhren. WĂ€hrend unserer kurzzeitigen Abwesenheit wurde jedoch die von uns gemietete Wohnung nach Angaben des Vermieters von seinen Kindern ohne unser Wissen und ohne unsere Zustimmung betreten, um mögliche MĂ€ngel zu verifizieren. Sie hĂ€tten jedoch nichts feststellen können. Nachdem wir von dem unerlaubten Betreten der Wohnung erfahren haben, war fĂŒr uns eine Grenze ĂŒberschritten. Am Folgetag konnten wir ein GesprĂ€ch mit dem Vermieter fĂŒhren, in dessen Verlauf er die von uns festgestellten und dokumentierten MĂ€ngel (inklusive dem Kondom unter dem NachtschrĂ€nkchen) bestĂ€tigte und wir uns auf eine vorzeitige Beendigung des MietverhĂ€ltnisses bei gleichzeitiger Erstattung des verbleibenden Mietpreises einigten. Abgesehen von der Unsauberkeit bleibt neben einem ruinierten Urlaub eine Fassungslosigkeit bzgl. des Umgangs mit unserer PrivatsphĂ€re. Wir haben es bislang nie erlebt, dass ein Vermieter in unserer Abwesenheit unsere Ferienwohnung ohne Zustimmung betritt.

Perfect!

What a great place! We only stayed for one night, for a short visit to Munich en route home from a week in the mountains, but wished we'd extended and booked longer... Great communication from Silvia and Ralf, and a brilliant welcome - a trail of clear signs leading to the keys and the apartment door, and a personalised welcome sign outside - lovely. Inside, the apartment is fantastic - lots of space, with vaulted ceiling, very clean and extremely well appointed, and a really nice, interesting and eclectic collection of pictures and interior decor. Everything you could need for a stay including cooking, coffee making etc. Large bathroom, nice big shower, plenty of towels. This is a perfect place for exploring the region - set in a very quiet rural area, but only a short drive from Munich (there are good park-and-ride facilities en-route to avoid taking the car into the city centre). And no parking issues - there's a small car park right next to the building. So pleased we found this place - don't think twice about booking!

Dörfliches Ambiente

Eine Ferienwohnung, in der man sich zuhause fĂŒhlt, auch dank der wirklich sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Trotz der NĂ€he von MĂŒnchen hat sich Dingharting einen dörflichen Charakter bewahrt. Ein PKW ist hier jedoch auf jeden Fall notwendig, um beispielsweise die S- Bahnstation in Deisenhofen erreichen zu können. Der Starnberger See ist nicht allzu weit weg. FĂŒr kulturell Interessierte kann ich die Sammlung Buchheim in Bernried und die Roseninsel bei Feldafing empfehlen. Die Gegend um den sehr nahen Deininger Weiher bietet sich fĂŒr einen ausgiebigeren Spaziergang an, aber vielleicht nicht gerade dann, wenn alle unterwegs sind. Es gibt hier auch eine ganz ordentliche GaststĂ€tte „Waldhaus“ direkt beim P. In Straßlach hat der Gasthof „Roiderer“ mit eigener Metzgerei sehr gute Kost anzubieten.

Unkompliziert und super Wohnung

Der vorherige Kontakt lief super, der Check in wahnsinnig unkompliziert und hĂ€tte nicht besser laufen können. Die Gastgeber sind total nett und freundlich. Parken klappt problemlos. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, absolut ausreichend eingerichtet und war perfekt fĂŒr uns. Der kleine Supermarkt direkt gegenĂŒber mit BĂ€cker ist total praktisch und der Metzger nebenan total gut :)

Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage. Ich wĂŒrde wieder buchen wenn nicht das Problem wĂ€re mit dem Rechnung. FeWo-direkt hat Rechnung ausgestellt fĂŒr dene Provision jedoch fĂŒr der Aufenthalt selber weder Vermieter noch FEWo-direkt hat sich verpflichtet gefĂŒhlt mir eine Rechnung auszustellen obwohl ich mehrmals verlangt habe. DafĂŒr gibt ein Stern weniger.
