Every single thing about this hotel was as advertised in their description and more. The hospitality was over the top, which is not something that can be shown in pictures of the hotel. Staff were outstanding. Room was incredible. Food and drink at the bar were of excellent quality.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. The service cleanliness and especially the staff were excellent this time as on our previous visits I would recommend this hotel to anybody who needs close access to the train station but also easy access to the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the activities we had planned and public transportation. The hotel was modern and had a comfortable environment. The one suggestion I would make would be to have a little better price point on the breakfast prices per person. We ended up getting food offsite for both days due to the 20 euro per person we were quoted.

This was our first time at a Eurostars property and we were very pleasantly surprised. A short walk from a train station, and in a very commercial area, so you need to walk a bit for dining or shopping options. Check in was prompt and the employee very pleasant. Our room spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens luxurious. The bathroom was a bit dark, but well supplied with amenities. We will return next time in Munich.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and the sauna/swim area just about big enough. Be mindful that Sauna allows patrons to be fully nude. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and quite spacious with all amenities including a kettle! Lighting could be brighter in the bath/toilet area. The bus stop Hackerbrucke is literally outside the main entrance and the train station is a 5-10 mins walk. Train station has a shop, bakery, McDonald etc The bar at the hotel was reasonably priced and attended by a friendly person. Breakfast was good and sumptuous. We love the various cheeses on offer. If in Munich, I will visit again
