Was redirected to a different hotel than the one booked due to renovation on short notice. Much worse condition, no blackout certain, broken bed and minimal breakfast options, inferior to what was described in original listing

With no air conditioning, you're forced to keep the windows open for some ventilation. Unfortunately, there are strip clubs and bars all along the street, and nonstop noise, screaming, honking and talking all night. When the clubs shut down at 5 AM, then the delivery trucks start rolling in. There really is no way to sleep in peace. We went without sleep for 3 days, which really diminishes whatever time you have in Munich. It's a shame, really, because the staff is great and the property itself is clean and safe. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and they've obviously upgraded the dining room recently. But the location of this hotel drops the experience there to a 3 our of 5. Oh, and the elevator is horrible, so just be prepared to carry your luggage up.

Staff, breakfast, room and sooooo close to the train station. Excellent!!! the only bad thing it’s the noises outside it’s not nice area like all the property near to the train station. But it’s safe.

This hotel is in a good location. Lots of cafes and food options nearby. There was construction going on while we were there which limited parking. We found parking around the corner, but it was quite expensive. The front staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast that's nice. The room was spacious, but the bathroom is no the small side. Of note, if you are placed on the 7th floor, the elevator stops after the 6th.

It's 01.24, there is a constant thump of techno, not from inside the hotel, I checked every room. Reception is locked. Have stayed here many times, 24 hour reception, never an issue. A Moday night, how can this be tolerated?

The property was average. I have seen better and I have seen worse. The breakfast and reception area is beautiful! The breakfast was very good and tasty! I did not like the room set up as I had to turn sideways to get in and out of the bed because of the walls/location of the bed. The bathroom was my least favorite. It was clean but still very old/grimy looking. We stayed on the 7th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor so you have to walk up. Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find. I didn’t like that they only have 1 key for a room. I had to coordinate with my roommate just to be able to get in the hotel as the outside access is locked.
