It was the perfect last night stay before flying out of MUC the next morning. Aldi was right across the street for last minute items. the hotel room had everything needed. The pillows might need to be replaced, were pretty flat. Clean, easy on-street parking, and well appointed. Could definitely use a refrigerator.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It took quite some time to check in due to the rooms not being ready. Couldn’t check in for almost an hour. It was very upsetting to see other guest check in while we waited in the lobby for an hour after traveling on a plane for 10 hrs overnight and a 7 hr time difference. They did try to make it up by giving us some free drinks in the bar. That we appreciated.

Staff were absolutely fabulous in the bar and dining area along with reception. My only negative was having paid nearly €1000 for a 2 night stay ,that i was not entitled to breakfast without an additional €18 charge. Felt this was extremely greedy as i was also spending €100 each evening at dinner. Place is also a bit out of the way for attending Bauma in the midst of an industrial area with the exception of an Aldi within walking distance.

Excellent stay

The staff really make this a wonderful property to visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. No real shuttle service from the airport, and taxi was quite pricey. The room was quiet and the food in the restaurant was very good. Not much around the hotel as far as sight seeing, but to be able to get some rest before traveling further into the country, it was great!

We stayed for four nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the staff were very kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was great if it’s not included in your room I highly recommend adding it. The bar staff were fantastic, Tamari was especially kind and helpful with all of our questions as we were Canadians travelling to Europe for the first time. Theres a few restaurants and shops in the area, we really enjoyed Ratschillers for coffee and baked goods and Konigs Gastatte for dinner. We took the S Bahn into Munich and highly recommend this over taking a taxi or Uber. With high traffic it actually is shorter to take the train than to drive.

I stayed for one night in this hotel because my flight was canceled. It was a nice an modern hotel, but my room doesn't have an airconditioning. There was a fan in the room. In the room it was very warm.
