Great Location. Front Desk Friendly

Overall it was a good stay. I usually don't have issues with this Hampton Inn location. The digital key was working. There are locations that I go to and they don't even work at all. The front desk was very friendly and check in was very smooth. The only issue that I had was that the mirror on the sliding glass door in our suite was broken at the bottom. I did notify the front and desk through the text message that they sent to check in. Wasn't sure about the housekeeping schedule so I opted just to put the tag out for the whole weekend. But overall I'll continue to come back to this location

My husband left a shirt hanging in the closet. The staff called me within 2 hours of check-out telling me about the item. It was kept for me and I had a family member pick it up the next day. Not all hotels would do that. I really appreciated their extra efforts to connect me with the lost item. I will remember that next time I need to make over-night arrangements.
