The Chez Albert gîte will delight you with high-quality services and a perfect location in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park! House on three levels, composed on the ground floor of an entrance (access via a few exterior steps). First floor : - a large living room (non-convertible sofa) - open kitchen with pellet stove (3 bags free then €7/bag) opening onto a pretty veranda balcony - a bedroom with a very comfortable 160 cm bed - a bedroom with a very comfortable 160 cm bed - a bathroom - a separate toilet. On the second floor: - a bedroom with a very comfortable 160 cm bed - an additional child's bed 90 x 140 (6 to 7 years max) with WC and shower room You will enjoy a magnificent enclosed, furnished and flowered exterior with garden furniture and barbecue! Shelter for bicycles. Sauna for 2 people. Beautiful moments of conviviality in perspective! We like: the quality materials and the comfort of the place! You will be in the immediate vicinity of thermal and ski resorts: Bourboule 2km and Mont-Dore 7 km. Nearby: The goat farm: discovery and educational farm, producer of Saint-Nectaire, Sancy sleds: Nordic dog school (educational visit - canihiking - roller kart). For hiking: Puy de Sancy, Banne d'Ordanche, Charlannes plateau, Capucin, Lake Guéry, etc... (Fireplace not usable). Prices for 3-week cures: €1800 off-season and €2350 high season including TS.
