VILLETTA SEA-MARY COSTA REY

Villetta Sea-Mary is located very close to Marina Rey beach, reachable on foot after 30 meters. On the beach all beach services from bar kiosks to umbrella rentals and more. The Sea-Mary villa has a large garden and a double parking covered by a loggia. In the garden there are 2 showers and a barbecue.



THE SPACE

Guest Access

The house is equipped with private outdoor parking but covered within the property. A large gate provides access to the covered parking which can accommodate 1 or 2 cars. In the garden of the house we find 2 access options: the first one that is usually used on arrival and departure is located on the parking itself, the second entrance is instead at the bottom of the garden closer to the beach. The space of the house is delimited and easy to identify.

Mandatory security deposit of € 300 with credit card.



• Check In: From 17:00 To 20:00 - Free Self Check in while present for arrival € 30, after 20:00 € 50 (for arrivals after 20:00 we must be informed anyway).



• Check Out: Always by and no later than 10:00
