Ceiling fans are found throughout the home, and the property comes equipped with a side-by-side washer & dryer combo, as well as a screen-enclosed furnished back porch patio fully outfitted with fans - one of the most delightful features of this property is certainly the mornings and evenings on the porch overlooking the backyard stream. The living room comes with an additional pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a 56-inch flat-screen television placed atop an electric fireplace - perfect for a cozy night in or a gathering of friends. The kitchen is arranged in an open layout with a large bar countertop island overlooking the living room, providing ample prep space for cooking and an easy environment to entertain your guests. permitted in designated areas on the property, as well as surf fishing on the beach with a
saltwater fishing license, which can be purchased at . Guests are also welcome
