This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom newly renovated oceanfront condo is situated on the first Condo level, 2nd floor of One Ocean Place. One Ocean Place is Garden City's Premier Luxury Condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the ocean, two leather sleeper sofas in the living room, Large flat screen TV, DVD. Unit WIFI and Cable are free. The room is designed with 5 panels ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom.
Master Bedroom has king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a Jacuzzi/ shower, walk-in closet, granite vanity, stainless steel sinks . The 2nd bedroom with an adjoining 2nd bathroom, furnished with twin and queen beds. Two Leather sleeper Sofas in the living room.
Kitchen and baths have new cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped including Whirlpool stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
Included are two ocean front pools and hot tubs on a raised deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, twenty four hour security and covered parking.
Garden City is just 10 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and easily accessible to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions including golf, shopping, dining, amusement parks and shows.
Myrtle Beach is a perfect family vacation area, there are dozens of attractions and amusement parks, The new SkyWheel, zoo, aquarium, and curiosity exhibits and museums, Brookgreen Gardens. Restaurants are everywhere, every cuisine in the world.
Nightlife: choose from live popular music, professionally produced stage shows, and “tribute” acts that pay homage to the legends of popular music, playing “oldies” that are sure to bring back memories.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. in the summer.
The property will be ready for occupancy at 3:00 on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the ending date of the lease.
There is a $120 cleaning fee.

Property was ok. This place has patios directly next to/over a public pool used by guests of the facility- so not conducive to quiet or privacy if you like to sit on the balcony. Bare minimum comforts. Owner did respond to questions. Only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom, light switches and some of the put away dishes were not clean. Overall, the place was fine.

What a wonderful experience! We booked last minute after our original vacation booking canceled on us without warning. Hisham was quick to accept our reservation and was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in time. Communication was clear, easy, and prompt throughout.We had covered parking for our vehicle, elevator access, and convenient trolleys/carts to bring up groceries and luggage. The condo itself was lovely, with a split layout that provided great privacy for each bedroom. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.We woke to stunning sunrises and ocean views every morning. Beach access was just steps from the pool, and with it being the off-season, we essentially had the pool and hot tub to ourselves.We are so happy we had the opportunity to stay here. What we initially thought was bad luck ended up making our trip that much better. This stay truly saved our vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to others.

This condo was NOT luxurious. I am very disappointed that VRBO would list it as such! It was old and dirty. It smelled old and dirty. The kitchen was woefully stocked. The cabinets look like they’re about to fall down. Everything was just haphazardly strewn about. None of the silverware matched. It looked and felt dirty. The kitchen faucet wouldn’t turn off unless you turned it a certain way. The dishwasher was very loose. The only thing good in the kitchen was the refrigerator. The whole thing needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Terrible design. That is just the kitchen! All the glass top tables were dirty and horribly scratched. The dining room chairs were so dirty and broken down, you couldn’t sit on them. We used towels to sit on wherever we sat. The jetted tub in the main bedroom, was nasty. Moldy around the top. It was also very dangerous. It is hard to get into and even harder to get out of. Lawsuit waiting to happen! The mat for the tub was falling apart. The stainless steel sinks just looked dirty. The bed was okay. They stated it was “ocean view “, only if you had the blinds open and were sitting up. You could not sleep like this.Being on the first floor, over looking the pool, it was loud and everyone kept looking in, that was passing by. The pools were nice. The grounds around the pools were very well maintained. We tried to stay on the beach as much as possible. Our biggest complaint about the pool areas and deck was you have to have a code or a key fob.

Wonderful stay

Everything was as pictured. Check in was very easy, space was very clean and accommodated my family of 5 wonderfully! Beds were comfortable. Have stayed in this building many times but was a first in this unit. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

My only place to stay

This was such a great experience even though we had some hiccups, the owner immediately rectify the situation which made me feel extremely great. The view was awesome. I love the fact that we had security in the parking garage. The room was so spacious. I don’t think that I could ask for a better room in Myrtle or host.

I never received info for door code from VRBO and it was next to impossible to find help from VRBO. The sheet in master was stained, door to master was literally coming apart, fridge needs cleaning, dirty cups in cupboard, no info on how to work the tv (maybe, it was broken) and the toilet in master doesn’t work properly. I’m unable to send photos on this site.
