​​​​​​​One Ocean Place is located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier is Horry County. This twelve-story oceanfront complex offers the ultimate experience in oceanfront living! Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

The view from the beach was awesome. The room was not clean,bedspread was torn, dirty toilet, rugs were filthy. Our feet were filthy from walking around. I suppose you could put up with some of that stuff but the cleanliness was not good. Very disappointing. Called office but they said they could do nothing

When we checked in, there was hair on the drains of both showers. Lots of stains on the carpet in both bedrooms. Decor is very dated. However, the master bathroom was very nice. (Other than the hair).

Nice property

I've stayed at a number of properties at One Ocean Place over the years, and this one mostly lives up to their high standards. The condo and furnishings were nice, and the place was clean. There were a few shortcomings, the biggest of which is that the sliding door in the main bedroom that leads to the balcony appears to be warped. We had noise and slight air constantly coming into the bedroom. The refridgerator also appeared to be slowly leaking water into the fruit/vegetable drawers. A few kitchen necessities were also missing, like a can opener. But it was easy enough to purchase what we needed and leave them behind for future guests.
