The quiet and idyllic, lying property with 4 apartments for 4 or 5 people in 2 houses and a large well-kept garden area is located in the popular resort and seaside resort Murter on the island of the same name near Sibenik in northern Dalmatia. The property is located on the west side of the deeply cut main bay of the resort. Nearby is the harbor, shops and the picturesque center with great gastronomic offer. Next door is a diving school. The nearest beach with sandy sections is just 200m. The well-known SLANICA bay which offers a small but fine sandy beach is about 1.5 km which can be reached by bike or on foot in 15-20 minutes.

The main house has in the 1st floor (DG) 2 apartments with 2 separate bedrooms with 1 bathroom / WC per room. The apartments are air-conditioned and feature Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Each also has its own large terrace.

The neighboring second house also offers 2 apartments each with 2 separate bedrooms, living area with dining area, kitchen, a bedroom and a private terrace. In addition, amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The friendly landlord also live in the area and speak excellent German and Italian. The landlord, formerly a long-time captain of a tour boat owns a boat for 6-8 people and makes with his guests by arrangement excursions to the surrounding islands, as well as for fishing.

The garden area has in addition to 2 large outdoor grills with adjoining dining area and a children's playground with swing and sandpit. Lush Mediterranean vegetation and various fruit trees and complete the idyll. Boat owners will find a boat dock nearby. A trailer parking space is available on the property. By arrangement, a laundry facility for laundry at the landlord is available. Small, well-behaved and quiet pets may be brought by prior arrangement in the apartments of the main house. However, only one animal per apartment.

To the center of Murter with diverse shopping possibilities as well as various restaurants, taverns, cafes, bakeries as well as the bustling boat harbor where daily boat trips to the neighboring sea national park "Kornati" drop is approx. 1 km away and can be reached on foot after approx. 10 min.

The National Parks Krka, Plitvice, Paklenica, as well as the interesting cities, Zadar and Sibenik are all reached after 1-2 hours and are ideal as day trip destinations. The NP Krka is even suitable as a half-day trip.
