The House is easy accessible both from the port which is very close to it and from the airport.
Fully equipped , it can meet the expectations of the most demanding travellers, who want to take the most of their visit to this unforgettable island.
It is a semi-detached two floor house in a luxurious complex with traditional Cycladic Architecture based in Houlakia area, 4.5 km from the town of Mykonos at the west side of the island, above the New Port.The complex is built in aplot of 4.500 sqare meters including plenty of gardens and a big infinity swimming pool. The House enjoys a breathtaking sea view with direct sunset view in the Aegean Sea. The view also includes the historic island of Delos together with Rinia, Syros and Tinos Islands.The House has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ( one en-suite in the master bedroom ) and can accomodate up to 6 person. In the living room there is a big 7-seat sofa in front of traditional fireplace, a wide LCD TV,enjoying also the beautiful and relaxing sea view.There is a fully equipped and operational kitchen , with big refrigerator, stove,oven,microwave oven,two espresso coffee machines, a dish washing machine and a dinning table for 6 people.There is an extra separate laundry room with washing machine, drying machine and ironing facilities. The House is delicately furnished , combining a luxurious but traditional overall style.In the main veranda private BBQ is located just beside a big 8-seat dining table.The House additionally offers two verandas with fantastic sea view and a private backyard in the garden with cozy furniture.The two main bedrooms have LCD TVs and Air Conditioning that is adequate to cover the rest of the house as well.One car parking place is provided.
