Poor customer service but nice house

Poor communication before arrival with little instructions. When we arrived, there was no bed set up for our 7th guest and there was no linen provided for them, despite the booking being for 7 people. The property manager did little to help address the concern until the next morning. The house has nice beach views and is affordable for a big group however I would not recommend staying here due to the poor customer service
