WELCOME TO OUR CONDO UNIT A501 ON THE 5TH FLOOR IN MYRTLE BEACH RESORT! This is a corner unit of the TWO Ocean Front condos we own which are adjacent to one another A502 & another brand new unit A505 (listing #2748851) - SO 3 CONDO'S ON THE - ALL OCEAN FRONT on the 5th floor in the A building in Myrtle Beach Resort located in the center of Surfside Beach offers 6 swimming pools (2 indoors) brand new lazy river and children's water park, 4 Jacuzzis, 3 saunas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, an outdoor beach bar with sand volleyball and access to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions. Amazing for watching sunsets or sunrises, these beautiful one bedroom one bath top floor condos are located in the 'A' building with a spectacular oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. Condos are at the end of the top floor away from all the noise, very peaceful and quiet. Whether you love the beaches, walking, running, searching for shells or sharks teeth, the golf courses, or fun family activities...... Everything is just a step away.

In a gated community with 24 hour security, this well manicured resort is spread over 33 gorgeous acres of property. There is also a fully-equipped playground and arcade games for children.

The resort is within minutes of hundreds of restaurants, several golf courses, two - three piers, four - five malls, two Tanger Outlets, 3-4 amusement parks, night clubs and music theaters, movie theaters, numberous of specialty shops, and a variety of other entertainment facilities.Within minutes of the condo, there are a variety of activities for people of all ages and interests.

We have just purchased this condo April 2017. A full remodel has just been completed June 1, 2017. We also own condo A502 (next door) VRBO #433154. We just purchased A505 a third one right down the hall. If the calendar on these don't have an opening contact me and I'll help with the new condo that is being remodeled and is not listed yet. It's being remodeled just like these.

Bedroom has a new queen bed and mattress with nightstands, 32" Flatscreen tv on a swivel mount, closet with storage with private entry into bathroom. Bunk area with custom ladder and side rail (removable). Living area will have a L-sectional sofa that pulls up and out for a bed. It is comfortable for a family of 4 but can accommodate up to 6 people. (ALL NEW LINENS)

The air conditioning unit completely replaced April 2017 and cools extremely well and is very comfortable. In the living room area there is a brand new 60" 4K High Def Flat Screen Smart TV. The balcony has been updated with a new railing with four tall chairs and two tables.

Diane’s place is an absolute dream! My stay was delightful with multiple dolphin sightings. She is an excellent host, and her place is the best location in the entire resort. It is the top fifth floor, oceanfront, end unit with a corner view. There are no tall buildings along the stretch of sand and ocean to the distant Myrtle Beach skyline. She has nice seating areas with hi top chairs on the patio, and a recliner & couch inside. The manager and gate guards are diligent in ensuring the resort is safe and secure.

Had the most wonderful week-long in 501A! Perfectly situated, impeccably clean condo on a very protected gated property, and all the amenities you need for a stay away from home. Our host Diane was the easiest, most accommodating and friendly person you could deal with, constantly within an our reach via email despite numerous questions we'd come up with. Very clean and sweet apt. About three days in our seven day stay the air went out, but I let Diane know and that evening everything was fixed. She was very good in keeping us informed about what was going on and who the service man was and when he would be there.

Amazing Five Weeks

Okay his condo is a gem. Being on the fifth floor and looking directly over the pool onto the ocean the view is amazing. We were very fortunate to have beautiful sunrises 32 of the 35 days. The condo is clean with modern updates and appliances. The property is well managed and there is ample parking. We love this condo so much we have already booked for 2023.

Amazing condo and host

We came here for a vacation to relax and wanted somewhere near the water. Our travel agent Kimberle with Travel with Kimmi found this on Vrbo for us and this property was amazing! From the host to the check in process and our whole stay was amazing. Diane helped us with any questions we had and the property was beautiful. We literally were right on the ocean and could see the shoreline from our balcony. The sunrise over the water was breath taking. Will definitely be staying here again and extending our stay next time. Wonderful location amazing host and amazing property.

Beautiful condo

We loved staying in this updated and clean condo.. Diane was very nice and responded quickly. I couldn't say anything better about it, but if I had to make on suggestions.. Black out curtains are very much needed. The hallway light is right out side the window and the room is like morning time, in the middle of the night... Very bright. We have already shown the room to another family who was there and they will be co Going to one of Diane's condos in the future too.

The unit we rented is as pictured/described. Views are great from the cute little deck. Outside of our unit, the resort/condominium itself could use some work as far as cleanliness in the halls/elevator and it may have just been the time of the year, but the parking was difficult and we often had to park very far away from our unit. Overall, very convenient location as we were there for a baseball tournament at the Market Commons and was less than 10 min away from the fields. There are a lot of great restaurants at the Market Commons as well as Murrell’s Inlet which is also only 15min away.

The condo was perfect. The location was a little far from the Mrytle Beach boardwalk and attractions, about a 20 minute drive, however the area was much nicer and the beach was never overcrowded.

The property was clean and nice, just as described! We didn’t spend much time inside but waking up / going to bed every day watching the ocean waves is definitely worth it! Fireworks on the beach every night were fun too. There is a pretty big pool in front of the building and also a lazy river with a lot of water activities I would say for kids 6 and under. A short drive to different attractions and all kinds of restaurants. ( I would suggest to the host to put a full body mirror in there) Overall I would recommend staying here and will probably book again in the future. The host was easy to reach and pleasant.
