Summary:

Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing pool view.

* 2nd floor (must climb stairs)

* located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Pet fee is $75 per pet.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob)

*Washer and dryer is available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is not within walking distance to beach but it is a 5 minute drive to public beach. The pool is small and the spa jets were broken during our stay but there are other pools on the property. Host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall nice place to stay!

Lovely and comfortable for the winter

My daughter and I (and our two cats) enjoyed this stay over the winter. We found it a comfortable place to rest and conveniently placed to go out for fun while we were in Myrtle Beach. We originally booked for a couple months to enjoy the holidays since we were undecided what our plan for the second half of winter was but ultimately decided to extend our stay here. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and conveniently placed. I enjoyed the walking/bike path. Crossing rt 17 to the grocery store on foot wasn't my favorite part but it is close enough for convenience. I personally preferred using my car for that task, and usually found different grocery stops while we were out for other things.

Overall it was nice. Great place to walk our fur babies. The pictures online were not at all accurate. The condo could have used some rugs. There was no ice maker in the fridge and only one ice tray. We had to go buy more ice trays and an ice bin to keep extra ice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The worst apartment!

This was our first time renting an apartment and honestly it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We took our 2 cat pets and we were told that they weren’t allowed on furniture or beds and that they were going to charge us extra cleaning fee if they found fur! We paid $169 for our pets just so they wouldn’t be able to get on the furniture?! Ridiculous! We only got this apartment because we were taking our 2 cat pets. Also we used the washing machine to wash our clothes and it left black oil stains on all our clothes! Don’t recommend if you’re taking your pets!đŸ™…â€â™€ïž
