This charming condo features everything you need for a fun, beach trip. The kitchenette comes equipped with a full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. A queen bed with an overhead ceiling fan allows for comfortable sleeping. Adjacent to the bed is a sleeper sofa, allowing for additional sleeping space. The full bathroom features a spacious shower/tub combo. Enjoy the ocean breeze while lounging on the patio or soak up the sun on the beach just steps away. This condo also features a large communal pool with exciting entertainment on some evenings.

Guests will have full access to the private condo as well as the pool area with vending and ice machines and the onsite laundromat.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

No motorcycles or cars pulling trailers are allowed at St John’s Inn.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently. *SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the apartment or balcony at any time. in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the condo, damage fee will be charged in full. *No parking for trailers or motorcycles. *Quiet time after 10PM *No hanging towels in the balcony. *Must be 21 years old or older to book and check in. * There will be $50 charge for lost or broken pool bracelets and parking passes.
