Guests have full access to the home, and all Ocean Lakes amenities. A $15/day parking pass is required, which includes access to the water park and other resort features.



Getting Around:

The included golf cart is perfect for getting around the resort. For trips outside Ocean Lakes, a car is recommended.

Linens are included in the cleaning fee. Golf cart is additional fee Memorial - Labor Day. 3.50% convenience fee added for credit cards

Needs some TLC

We loved the location. Close to beach and camp store. We loved the pantry. It gave us room to store all our “stuff”. TV didn’t have audio some of the time. Bathroom trash cans need replacing. Wiring under TV looks like a fire hazard. Blinds behind couch don’t work. It would be most helpful if the bed sheets were labeled “double bed” or “queen bed”.Windowsill paint is flaking up in kitchen.

Not happy

We visit Ocean Lakes about every year and up until this year, they havent let us down. Upon arriving we went to the beach rental and was immediately horrified! The house hadnt been cleaned!! I called the owners ( who were great and responded quickly anytime we had a problem or issue). They were very apologetic and gave me a number to call. I called and i believe my wife spoke with a cleaner who seemed apologetic in the beginning. We explained what kind of state we found the rental . We had taken several pictures including ,we assumed, dog poo on both comforters to the two bedroom rental. The kitchen blinds were off and partiality hanging in the kitchen sink. The fire alarm that was in the living room visibly didnt have a battery. Both bathrooms were dirty and there was what looked like white paint chips all behind the master bathrooms toilet. Also in the 2nd bedroom there it appeared someone had blown their nose several times on the pillow. The cleaner stated that they hadnt cleaned it because they hadnt been alerted to do so. She texted later on and said that the owners wife had recently passed so he may have forgotten to let them know that the property needed to be cleaned. We highly doubted that any owner at OL would leave their own house in this state. She offered 175$ back so we decided to chalk.it up ans clean ourselves. The 2nd night at 2am someone loudley banged on front door. We called security who said DO NOT GO OUTSIDE UNTILNI ARRIVE. Noone ever came ! My wife

Great front porch

The house was clean and has such cute beach decor. It has a really great porch. Parking is a little tight, but owners are nice and very responsive. We had a great time.

Good Luck Trying to Park

We made it work but won't be renting this property again. The listing states there's room for 2 vehicles to park... so we paid for 2 parking passes in advance... turns out, neither of our vehicles would fit because they're both full size.. you could park a single sub-compact smart car there but good luck with anything else. The oversized porch swing looked nice in the pictures but with no cushion on top of the plywood - it wasnt used. The weber kettle grill shown in the pictures doesn't exist - just a cheap pos that doesnt work well (it's missing a vent cover - kind of a big deal when controlling temp on a charcoal grill). The kitchen is so small, the fridge is in the dining area - which means no water supply out there... so we used ice cube trays for the week - kind of a pain. That section of the campground should've never been converted from camper spots to "houses" as there's simply not enough room. There are much larger, nicer properties at OL for around the same price - all with plenty of parking. As for this one, the listing photos and description are misleading and it's way over-priced.

Perfect location

If you have more than one vehicle plan to park second vehicle in overflow. Not a huge deal. Just making you prepared. Perfect location to beach and pool. Golf cart worth the extra $. Super convenient.

Amazing bungalow

The house is well located, close to the beach and in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the covered deck and having a golf cart, with the house, was very convenient. It was clean and decluttered, with plenty of space for our stuff. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. We enjoyed our vacation very much. We has no issues at all. Great communication with property manager, Megan. Easy instructions. We will be staying here again.

Great Place Close to the beach at Ocean Lakes

Unlike most places in Ocean Lakes, this one within walking distance to the beach. Golf cart is available with the home, but its an extra cost. Washer Dryer in the house was a nice bonus too. Loved the outside porch with the daybed swing and RokuTV. Spent much of our time away from the beach and the pool out there reading or watching shows. If i were to ask for one thing it would be to have a gate on the back porch. It would allow us to have our dogs out there with us as well when we were relaxing in the shade enjoying the breeze. Overall this house was a great and we enjoyed our trip. We will be seriously considering staying here next trip.

L41 is close to the beach and water park. The house is clean and homey, great to have a washer and dryer on premises and plenty of room so we can relax in our own spaces.

Our stay 6/11-6/18

The house was ok for just us (3 people.) We didnt know we had to make up beds,the keurig did not work for K-cups, and also no ice or water from fridge. Also, the headlights on the golf cart provided have a shortage in them so unless it gets fixed you wont be able to ride at night. we ended up having to get a refund for golf cart and renting one from ocean lakes. I found what looked like a small roach while taking a shower on ceiling... then the morning of check out i woke up to a huge roach hanging onto the side of our master bed skirt. i about died. we were on the trip with my parents who were in a camper so we spent most of our time at the camp site. i will say i would not rent this propeety again.
