Good location. Needs to be cleaned.

Good location, great view from balcony. Excessive clutter and needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom was clean. TV in bedroom still doesn’t work (see review from 9/22) Misled about where to park. Received a parking ticket. Got correct parking info from very nice maintenance staff. Many renovation projects going on in the building. Listened to three days of jackhammers and hammering from 8:15AM-4PM. A long term owner said this has been going on for years. Would appreciate a refund on the cleaning fee. Vacuumed after we arrived. Had to clean out the microwave before using. Fridge was filthy. (Cleaning crew should look under the couch)

Perfect location, cleaning could have been better.

Location was awesome. Quiet, nice pool, beach was just across the street. Huge tv in the living room, but we couldn’t get the bedroom tv working. Not sure that the sheets were clean when we arrived, and we found some other guests personal items under the bed skirts.
