We booked at the Dunes for the special rates. Staff were very friendly but the rooms are very dated and damaged. If you plan to just sleep at your hotel, this is perfect.

The room was was clean enough in areas to be able to stay there. I needed to do some cleaning. Other than throwing a few clean towels on the chair (towels only) and getting the dirty towels if they could be seen, room serv didn’t exist. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hottub water was disgusting. I was persuaded to get in anyway but only lasted a few minutes. Starting 3 days later, I was so sick for a week with a viral infection in my chest. The suite was comfortable and with it being off season, the price wasn't too bad either. If it had been in season, knowing what the prices are then and the condition been the same, I would more than likely gone to another hotel. Note: the kitchen floor was very dirty w/spills and dried ??. I mentioned to a housekeeper it would be nice if it were clean and if there was a mop handy, I would consider cleaning it myself. We left and I was guessing she might go by and quickly mop the floor. I returned to find a mop propped against the stove. Floor dirty. If you can ignore a little dirty floor and doing a little cleaning in the bathroom yourself and no room service, then this would be a good Place to stay. Our suite had 1 bedroom, a Murphy bed in the dining area and a queen pull out, sleeps 8 easy. Full refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. And a washer/dryer. Take your own cleaners/pods etc. ...They are expensive.

This was an amazing deal. I traveled out of season, which was part of why the rate was so inexpensive, but I cannot believe what an amazing deal I got for this. I went to Myrtle Beach because the weather forecasted snow and I thought it would be amazing to see snow on the beach. It absolutely was!
It had a pullout couch, a Murphy bed, and two queen beds in the bedroom. This is a picture of the living room and to the left is the balcony. This condo actually was more spacious than the first apartment that I lived in.

TV was on in room upon arrival, remote was lost. had to call to get new remote to shut it off as well as the smoke alarm that was beeping. Also the parking garage was a couple blocks down the street which was rather inconvenient. room could have used some updating. water park was nice and staff were ok but overall not the greatest experience.

Great value for the offseason price. Nice to have the indoor water park and I am sure once construction is done the second indoor water park will be great! Seems like a GREAT family property with the outdoor playground, pools, etc. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Parking was easy. We would visit again and would recommend to friends.

Had a great time with my husband. Staff were super friendly and helpful getting round. Nice view and wonderful hot tub outside. Great restaurant near by so we didn’t have to go far.
