We loved the ocean view & friendliness of the staff. The only dislike were the ants in our room & the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking was a bit awkward & far away.

This resorts rooms needs updating. The room that we stayed in Their furniture was dated and worn out. Also the economy washer and dryer was not working properly. The dryer made loud noises when used, as if the drum was not balanced. Some of the cookware was not in the best conditions. The outdoor carpet on the balcony was torn and was begging to peel from the concrete. We had to park about a block from the resort to park in the parking deck and walk back to our hotel. Which means that if you had things from shopping you either have to drop them off at the front entrance or you have to carry your things from the parking deck. All in all I rate our stay as poor to average.

Property is rundown hallways are dirty. We had ants and cockroaches in our room. Check-in was 4 PM. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:45. The outdoor bar staff was rude and extremely slow check in process and parking is very confusing and inconvenient. We checked out a night early.

You will love it here for sure

It was our first time there and we loved it. It fully equipped in the kitchen. The room was clean. The view was amazing! The water parks were clean and we just had a ball so much water play and just to much fun just loved it, loved it, loved it. Some of most of the staff were amazing and some of them were not pleasant so that’s why rated it a 4. Also the ice machine didn’t work the entire stay and one the elevators for a short bit and the fixed it right away. Just amazing!

Property is dated. Needs a serious upgrade. My family and I have been going to this property since the early 2000's and nothing has changed. No clean towels at the pool. Had to wait 24 hours for clean wash clothes. Resort has potential but needs new management or new owners.

Overall it was a good stay. We did not utilize the indoor water parks at all so i cannot comment on those. Room was clean, and ac worked excellent in the room. The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect for going to any of the local attractions. I have no real complaints.

We had a wonderful stay. My wife and I brought 3 of our grandsons to Myrtle Beach and we were highly satisfied with this resort. Originally it was for 1 night but I booked another night because my wife loved our room. We had plenty of space and the representative allowed us to stay in the same room. We will definitely be back to stay in this resort. It had a beautiful ocean view off of the balcony. We stayed in our 1st Oceanfront Resort and we were not disappointed. Thanks for everything.
