Outside of the property was beautiful and had nice pools. The room smelled, outdated and sofa uncomfortable. Needs remodeling desperately. Wish they would of mentioned that they were remodeling. Elevator wasn't useable for several days.

Resort provided a place for us to lay our head while on vacation. Front desk and restaurant staff we encountered were nice. While spending the day on the beach, we came back to our room to find our room door open. When I called to report it, they did determine it was housekeeping who entered our room, left the door open, but completed no housekeeping whatsoever. In fact, over the course of our stay, no housekeeping was performed. No trash was emptied, etc. When I asked about towels being restocked, I was told we could get them from the front desk at anytime but someone did immediately bring us some up after my call. Thankfully nothing was missing from our room. On the last day, a few hour before checkout, housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking. Although she was very apologetic, I would have expected a knock considering it was nowhere near checkout time. We didn’t use the resort amenities (pool, etc.) but these areas seemed fine and if you have kids, it seems they would enjoy the available activities. Again, sufficient for our stay but the open room door incident would most likely deter me from staying again.

It is a nice property. The only complaint is too many little kids running around. This place would have been perfect for me when our kids were little, but now that we're older, we like a more quiet place. We're still going back though. Maybe mid week would be better to use the pools and slides. Yes, I'm old, but still like that stuff. 😁

This property is going through renovations so there was some construction dirty associated with the renovation. The front desk was very friendly and did their best to help guest. One of the televisions in our unit was not working. The front desk contacted Maintenance twice to come look at it. Maintenance never showed. Once the renovations are completed and management addresses the maintenance lack of response this will be an ideal vacation spot. The unit size is roomy and the property recreational options are plentiful.

They provide rooms with broken doors then place you into another room that has roaches. Room key didn’t work to parking garage ( other cars had same issue but thanks to cars that was behind us to check their cards to let us in. Called customer service from number provided and they had a nasty disposition with themselves about the issue. WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN

This was the best vacation ive been on .. everything from housekeeping to desk staff on site restaurant.. my daughter really enjoyed the indoor water park and pools .. did dolphin tour and pirate show while we were there recommended by the staff and they were amazing as well ...Will definitley be back !!
