Fantastic views, friendly attentive staff and clean rooms. The restaurant located on the ground floor had wonderful views of the sun rising and setting. I highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay. It’s very inviting .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Michelle at the front desk is the perfect person to be the face of this hotel — she was kind, professional, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. We absolutely loved her! The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The initial room I was assigned literally had the windows boarded up. It was weird. The hotel seemed empty and it was off-season. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. The next room was fine. The lobby had a musty smell in it, but it clearly had been renovated.

The staff was without question superior to any we have ever encountered. Michele at front desk was so nice, we would return just to see her again. The restaurant staff (Annette & Sharon), could not have been any better, excellent service. Cheri (morning front desk) was great with advice with area knowledge & places to go, very friendly. Cleaning staff was great. absolutely no complaints,

All of the above but especially the wonderful friendly accomadating staff.The restaurant/bar staff were fantastic helping me celebrate, 2 if my Surfside Beach friends birthday on the 18th.I always love staying at tge hidden jewel!
