Check in was easy, Front desk very nice, Housekeeping always had towels at our room door. Hotel is a bit outdated in some areas but most definitely clean.Mama Mia's Restaurant inside the building was very good, Kelly the owner is awesome, such a kind soul. Overall we would stay there again. Outside pool area was also very nice and well taken care of.

The room was so so, nothing fancy. Floors were nasty. Beds comfortable. The blk lady doing maid service was exceptional, gave use a mop & extra towels as needed. Needed an outdoor pool at each building. Overall accommodating.

The staff was so kind I can't thank them enough for making my trip magic. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Rooms and pools were clean and comfortable. I will be coming back!

We had never been to Myrtle Beach and were visiting friends who just moved there. We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to their home. As soon as you walk in the smell of disinfectant is overwhelming! There was long black hair in the bathtub, the bed was basically a double size cot on a frame. The AC was a window unit that was too noisy to run. When we used the balcony for sitting (that's where the AC was) the whole back of the AC was rusty and falling off. You had to ask for toilet paper. There was nothing nice about this hotel. They need to invest in upgrades. We won't stay there again.

This place is in a convenient location but the noise is terrible especially when trying to sleep also the beds are NOT the most comfortable either. We couldn’t wait to get home to our own bed. Also the chlorine in the hot tube is off the charts. It’s so strong that it will burn your eyes.

The water activites were great and convenient to the beach. The only issue we had was the location of the bathroom door dirwctly in the middle of one of the beds with a small space to get in and out.

Although the property is conveniently located in close proximity to the beach and there are many entertainment options, the property itself is in major need of renovation and repair that greatly reduces the value. Everything from the uncomfortable beds, dilapidated appliances, and antiquated furniture needs to be replaced and the pictures that are posted online are greatly misleading (they only show ocean-view rooms which are in better repair). Overall, the condition of the facility severely diminishes the quality of the experience here.

This area and property has seen its better days. The rooms aren’t “dirty”, but definitely don’t feel “fresh and clean”. Staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel has a bunch of boarded up properties. Can’t expect much for the price.

Stayed last weekend in April 2025. Upon arrival, I was concerned by the outside esthetics of this hotel as it doesn't look clean. The check-in staff were nice so that helped settle some of my initial worries. There was enough parking in front of the building and the elevator arrived quickly. I was in building #2 which has the restaurant. I liked that the rooms are inside so you don't have to deal with the elements. The room actually looked decent to my surprise. It appeared to have been remodeled. I like that the flooring was newer and not the old carpet. It was fairly clean but I reclean every hotel room that I stay in. I like the 2 bedroom set-up and how they are separated by the kitchenette. They had accordian style doors that gave you the illusion of privacy which my teenager liked but they were difficult to close. The beds were standard queens that appeared new but not luxury. The balcony view of the ocean made it all worth it. Pros: -the location (on the boardwalk & beach in the quieter section) -parking was across the street and is ample enough but you got to walk -the TVs in the room are smart tvs- fantastic! -the pool and lazy river are actually warm and you can enjoy them. Free internet access but it isn't secure but you can use it to watch streaming platforms

Property is old and outdated but it's a very peaceful place to stay. Clean, lovely staff, safe and close to everything. I would recommend and would stay again if need be.
