Yes room was very clean. The staff was very courteous. Even help me get it pumped to pump up my flat tire, very nice. That was a few things that could have been done to the room, but it's excellent beautiful view access to the beach, I enjoyed it.

The hotel was very outdated, with no noticeable upgrades or accommodations. It advertises itself as a hotel, but the experience was more on the level of a motel. It definitely needs significant updates.

Smokers in the stairwells (fire escapes) day and night (loud talking and smoke getting in room at 3:00a.m.) and chain smokers along the 1st floor with chairs lined against the building with continuous smoke floating upwards to balconies above. The people at the front desk said they"could'nt do anything about it because the city's property went to the edge of their building." I went to our room and cancelled our reservations for 2 rooms in June 2026. The parking shortage will not make you happy if you stay at Holiday Sands North, either.

No parking onsite unless handicapped, Must park across street if lucky if not cross another street. Pool VERY DIRTY AS WAS FLOORS IN ALL AREAS. The oceanfront does offer a beautiful view but all appliances in room full of rust and need to be replaced.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and affordable. The only thing we had an issue with was parking. We had 2 vehicles. While i understand only 1 parking pass is issued per booking. I had to pay for parking for both of my cars Saturday night due to all 4 of the parking lots being full at 9pm.So my car with pass didnt even have a space available to park in.This wouldn't have been an issue if there wasnt car trailers and motorcycles taking up vehicle parking in the lots.If there is only one parking pass issued per room booking ,there shouldn't have been trailers allowed in the vehicle parking spaces for the guest parking .Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we will be back !

Horrible place and stay!! Would NEVER choose again!! Attention and priority given to visiting BIKERS not handicapped elderly patrons. Rooms old with stained ceilings, non working outlets and very dim lighting. Trash not picked up !! Staff not helpful in finding handicapped parking without crossing 4 lane road to overflow lot! Just awful!!
