The ice machine didn’t work. The sliding glass door got stuck and locked us out for a few minutes. There was construction area that wouldn’t allow us to cross bridge to main embassy suites. We were staying in south Hampton. I paid a lot of $ to stay there. Most of the resort and staff were great! And got that price it should be free breakfast

The property we stayed at was a little outdated and not the cleanest, there was a lot of hair in the unit. Being a former housekeeper it is important to clean areas of hair but other than that it was nice. The community itself was very quiet and neighbor was friendly we love the pool at the embassy and enjoyed overall.

The condo was barely clean and needed some updated items like a new coffee pot and hairdryer. Bed frames were very flimsy, master mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were all terrible and cheap. No kitchen towels/clothes provided, no dish soap beyond dishwasher powder. The roaches were a bit of a turn-off too. Met our basic needs, but nothing more than that.

Dirty floors and a difficult trek to the beach

My family and I stayed in the Brighton tower on the 20th floor. The room was nice, but the hard floors were dirty throughout the unit. No housekeeping was offered during our 3 night stay including towels, trash removal, floor sweeping, or re-made beds even though the documents in the unit stated those things should’ve been done. The nearest easy beach access is near another building, the access at the Brighton Tower is 10+ stairs up and then down over the dune. This made getting to the beach with kids toys and chairs very difficult. The pool areas are nice and clean.
