Summary:
The Angle Ocean view Executive King Suite has a unique layout that many enjoy with plenty of room to relax and spread out. This suite is great for couples looking for extra space as well as for families with children because it offers a living room, bedroom and kitchen. The entire suite can accommodate up to four people.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs as well as the lazy rivers. Guests do not have access to the amenities across the street (mini golf and kids water park area).
The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)
Additionally, you will NOT have access to the following food and beverage outlets: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar and Restaurant, Tipsy Turtle Pool Bar, Shark Bites Grill, Havanna Coffee Bar, Sugar Shak, H2O Water Park, and all Banquet Meeting Facilities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

You get what toy pay for.

The unit has an "ocean view," but it's at an angle, not a direct view. It was clean, and there were pots, pans, utensils, and silverware in the kitchen. The biggest problem with this rental is the roach infestation. There are roach traps everywhere, but they are ineffective. There were roaches in every room, especially the kitchen, despite the fact that we didn't leave any food out and we promptly washed all dishes. Something definitely needs to be done about the roaches. It's gross. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, but one of my husband's showers was cold, because there was no hot water at the time (maybe other units used it up?) For the price we paid, it was okay (besides the roach problem)

Terrible!

We arrived Saturday evening late, the address is confusing because there are two resorts with the same address. The room was dirty, very out dated, holes in carpet and curtain on patio door was shredded. Then there were Roaches everywhere. The resort elevators were filthy. They said they came to the hotel and Sprayed on Sunday, but they didn’t. They finally sprayed Wednesday and the chemicals were so strong it gave my daughter a migraine and she became sick. The only good thing was they were quick to respond, even though nothing was fixed. Spent way to much money to stay in that place and no one every contacted me on what they could do to fix anything.

Needs a good cleaning

From broken sliding door handles to a stove that had burners not working the unit is in need of some living care. They advertise it sleeps 4 then charges extra for 2 adults and 2 kids. Dishes for 2-3 people only rained water down on us when we took them out of the cabinet. Not enough pot and pans or dishes for cooking a meal! Stains all over the main room comforter. Location was great. Everything else not so much.
