Welcome to our cozy beachfront condo! Our space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the sand and surf. The condo features a comfortable living area, fully equipped small kitchen, and private beachfront patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The complex also offers a heated swimming pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. The location is perfect for beach activities, golfing at one of the 90 golf courses in Myrtle Beach, shopping, and dining at the local favorites.

This condo has been renovated with all new modern furniture and amenities. The kitchenette includes an oven, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and basic cookware and dishes.

Enjoy high speed wifi available throughout the resort. Condo is equipped with a new Smart TV.

The condo has laundry facilities available downstairs, accessible by elevator. Unit also has kitchen cleaning supplies for your stay, and an ice machine in the resort hallway.

Ocean Reef Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, with a lazy river, a kids play pool, hot tubs, and beach front lounge chairs. Also included is a full featured game room with arcade games, pool tables, volleyball, shuffleboard, and more. A gift shop and fitness room is also available for your convenience.

Within walking distance of the resort is a Starbucks, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Flamingo Grill, The Library Restaurant, and more!

The property was perfect for us. Very clean! The ocean view from the balcony was priceless and we had great beach access. It was really nice to bypass the front desk at check-in time and go right to our room. The beach restaurant and bar on site had great food for kids and quick meals. I’d stay here again. This was a drama free experience. Thank you!

Upper floor was great! Super views and not much noise from beach and pool traveled up. Fabulous mattress/sleep! Perfect spot between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Would pick this condo and spot again and again.

The stay overall was great. A little disappointed with all the renovations on the property itself; things were a little dusty, dirty, grimy. The unit itself was more than adequate. Nice accommodations. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE. I must say it is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a rental in AGES!!! Thank you for that extra touch. I did not realize the property was “So Family Friendly” LOL. Wasn’t what I was expecting for my birthday weekend. But would def be a plus for families with children. Property managers / owners easy to work with and fast to respond. Would def rent again.

Fresh and Relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend away. The place was so clean, the towels smelled fresh, and everything was easy and stress free. We rented umbrellas and chairs down at the beach that were right outside the condo. We didn’t visit the pool as we spent all our time at the beach, but they had lots of pools and a little bar down there too.

Great stay

The unit was clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable of any rental I've ever stayed in. Unit was very clean and didnt have the musty smell most beach rentals have. The dehumidifier was great. While I would happily stay in the unit again the building was just ok. The elevators were always crowded and had a wait. The pools were fun, i loved that some were covered. But the bathroom at the pool was disgusting our entire stay. That being said the unit was wonderful and i would stay again in a heartbeat.

Weekend trip with the family

We decided to take a last minute trip to Myrtle to spend a long weekend and found this place. They did a great job upgrading it! The views are perfect, location is central to everything, and the communication from the owner was perfect. We’ll be back!

Great Stay right on the Beach

The unit was really clean, which is always nice, and very well kept. Bed was super comfortable. My hubby is a TV watcher and was a little disappointed that there was no live TV, as we are not into real streaming (too old I guess). The owner was very hands on when we needed him for a small matter and the issue was taken care of promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beach Trip

It was a nice property. Wished the courtyard area would have been handicap accessible. The room was nice and as depicted though it was super tight in the bathroom. The door almost touches the toilet. You have to go in the bathroom and turn around and close the door. Overall it was a nice location.

Perfect Getaway

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. The property is exactly as advertised. Check-in and parking were well communicated and easy. Stunning views of the ocean on the private balcony were the highlight. The property is north of central Myrtle Beach, which we preferred. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and a short ride-share to the Skywheel. We didn't touch the car for the whole four nights. Overall a perfect studio apartment for couples or solo travelers to unwind, enjoy the view, and relax on the beach. Highly recommended!

Fantastic view and host!

This listing had everything I look for in a getaway - cleanliness, safety, location, beauty, and host communication. It was super clean upon arrival. There are also cleaning products to use if you need them. The convenient digital deadbolt lock worked perfectly. It’s located close to some of the nicer restaurants in the area and our host gave us several good recommendations. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The well-stocked kitchen had a full fridge, microwave, and stove with oven. The bed was comfortable and the condo is beautifully decorated with new-looking furnishings. There’s a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony.I can’t really comment on the hotel amenities because we really didn’t use them except for the beach loungers. The host - Heinz - provided top notch communication before, during, and after our stay. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Five stars. Perfect place for a couple!

2024 was the second year we spent the month of March in Myrtle Beach and we loved it! Our ocean view from the 14th floor was spectacular and the sunrises beautiful. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Excellent vacation!

This place was amazing! The view was amazing and we saw dolphins from our balcony every day! The sunrise was beyond beautiful. The room was nicely decorated and the overall vibe of the place was quiet and relaxing. The host was great to work with. Great communication and they made sure our stay was excellent.
